i am a Uber Driver. I came into your restaurant to P/U an order for a customer by the name of James. I waited for almost 20 minutes š©. I wasnt greeted. I was left to stand around only for me to ask 2 times.. how much longer the order will take and I was told 10-20 more minutes ( very rudely and nonchalantly). Now as a driver i dread coming to this location because everyone who works here are very inconsiderate, very immature, and very unprofessional. There were 3 guys in the back playing around, laughing, cursing and playing as a driver i spent so much time in this establishment only to cancel the order. I know that as a Uber Driver im not really considered as a customer but the customer that im picking the food up for is a customer who has already paid. I think that your employees should consider the paying customer and as well as the person who is making sure the food gets delivered to your customer as well also, consider that this may be a full time job for some and it maybe a little more helpful for your employees to understand that we are working just like they are and we shouldn't get mistreated just because we arent the...

This place is one of the few choices for lunch near where I work so I have been here many times... I cannot recall them ever getting it right on the first try. This seems strange to me because they have a screen to confirm the order and they ask if what is displayed on the screen is correct, but they somehow manage to get it wrong anyway. One time, a couple months ago, I am pretty sure I was the only customer there... nobody else was on the drive thru line and the inside appeared to be empty as well... they gave me a bag of six or seven different items, of which not a single one was anything I ordered! I really wouldn't be surprised if on my next visit they accidently gave me a Big Mac or a slice of pizza.

Ohhh I am livid the service I just received was absolutely ludicrous. I came in ordered my food on the kiosk has to wait an additional 10-13 minutes to pay because I paid in cash. Ok I can clearly see they are short so Iām patient. Iām watching dive through move along⦠I cashed out at 925 after waiting again 10-13 minutes to pay.
About 10 minutes in I ask the young lady hey is my order in the screen? Did it get bump off the screen? Whatās happening? She proceeds to tell me theygotta do grub hub, door dash whoever first. The logic blows my mind that you have one in the lobby that you are ignoring but you can serve drive I did not get my food until 9:48 I ordered 3 flat breads and a luxe box. Basic order no special details not huge.
Why wait because the manager on duty was already in a crash out about whatever. Meaning thatās additional time for a refund. The wise thing would be to put a sign on the door MOBILE ORDERS ONLY or PICK UP ONLY .
Which tells me I need to go to drive through or somewhere...
