I went to the US1 location and placed my order through the drive thru. During my visit there. They have two drive thru lanes. I noticed that people were driving up that were not going through the drive thru and getting into the line. I think they should have designated area for the mobile them to go. They did not get in line, to speak through the inner com to inform the clerk if their order was placed vida the mobile app. Which I'm assuming this is possibly why they were just jumping in the line. Since they did not have a designated area to go and did not stop to speak at the inner com. This caused the orders to be out of the synch, since they were taken in the order they were received. By the time I reached the first window, my assumption appeared to be correct about the process throwing the orders off. i noticed by the time I reached through the first window. The first clerk who took the money had the orders out of synch. This was a red flag. She asked if I had chicken nuggets. I responded that I did not and informed her what my order was. Then while waiting for the car in front of me to receive their order. I noticed the clerk at the next window who gives the food handed a bag with the drink which appeared to be my order. The drink ordered was without ice, and that was an indicator that was possibly my order. The vehicle in front of me took the order. Sat for about 5 to 6 minutes waiting for her to come back to window. They did not blow the horn or anything to get her attention indicating they even had the wrong order. By the time, she clerk came back to window. The driver gave the order back. I remember saying to myself, that I hope she does not try to give me that same order where the car in front of me had enough time to rumble through the bag. Possibly eat a few fries and then hand it back to the clerk stating it was not their order. When I was my turn to pull to the window, she went to grab the bag that she had just accepted from them. I stopped her and told her that I noticed that she had given my order to the vehicle in front me. The car in front of me had the order for 5 to 6 minutes before she even came back to window, and they gave the bag. First of all the driver never even left the site. But food safety guidelines state ror hygiene and safety reasons, once you’ve opened the bag and boxes, it’s not appropriate to return the order. Food items that have been exposed or handled should not be retrieved due to potential contamination. The clerk from Mc Donalds took the order then attempted to give me the same the order they just retrieved. I had to stop her and speak up by asking her to please drop me a fresh order. The clerk appeared to have a bit of an attitude and just closed the window. While closing the window, she spoke to the others. Then started to be checking the orders that ready to go. The clerk who was at the window giving the orders to the vehicles was double checking a few of the orders because she realized they were out of synch. During this process, she was opening the bags without gloves and removing the contents from the bag. Opening the burgers that were wrapped with her bare hands and without gloves on utensils. Then handling the food by lifting up the bun and hamburger patty. None of the girls had on hair nets to even protect hair. I could not believe what I saw. They totally are not following 2009 FDA Food Code, which states all food employees shouldn’t touch ready-to-eat food with their bare hands, except when washing fruits and vegetables. Instead, they should use utensils like spatulas and tongs or dispensing equipment, single-use gloves, and deli tissue. The primary reason for this rule is to prevent viruses and bacteria from contaminating the food. I recommend the food safety inspector does an unplanned visit to this location without identifying who they order . This will allow you to see how they are really doing when they think that...
Read moreHorrible experience! Staff humiliated me!
DO NOT GO HERE. Nobody deserves such experience!
Unprofessional, untrained staff. Called out names.
Please lay off the girl who gives the orders out, shift 6/26/2024 1:00 pm.
Here’s the story: I came to pick up my mobile order with the ready code. The girl didn’t even turn in my side. I called her. She stated she “had no idea what to do with this code”. She asked another woman. Second one rejected to give me my order and said I had to drive through around again “you cannot skip the line” she said to me when I was at the receive order window. I just needed to pick up an ice-cream cone. Well I drove around again. And when came to the same faces, the “no idea’ girl said that I need to pull to the pick up parking and wait there. She didn’t explain anything else. For the 1 ice-cream cone? I insisted to wait at the window, she made faces, laughed and threw up her hands like “no idea what to do with her”. Then she shut the window and went to ask another staff what to do. Opened up, smiling and told me they are run out of cones. And started to waive me and told me I had to go now and I cannot block the queue. No apologies, no resolution, just waiving and laughter. I insisted on my order. Since I spent there already 15 min, went 2 times to drive through, ordered online and it was confirmation that they have ice-cream cone, (otherwise how did I order?) and another 10 min took me to drive there for my order. Then she just shut the window in front of me. When she opened up, she stated again “no cones, just go”. Then the couple of other employees behind her started to argue in between, and one of them asked me would I take Sandae? Front girl insisted me to go, but I said yes, please. And they talked all at the same time but the woman who asked me, brought the ice cream, and front girl gave it to me, telling me “that’s all, now go” without spoon/napkin or apologie. And gone from the window. I asked for the spoon. She gave a spoon. Then she waived me with her fingers like “she’s dropping me” and made a sarcastic smile with “bye-bye” words and gesturing me to leave. I felt terrible but still asked for the napkins. She pushed me napkins and when I started departing she called me “STUPID” out loud. Everyone heard it including staff and even behind driver.
Such a customer service! Thank you for the ice-cream experience.
I think this person must never in her life work with the clients anymore.

Read moreWhen is McDonald's going to get the basic of customer experience expectations and service correct? I had a pickup for Doordash and they ignored me at the drive through speaker. They typically never come to the pickup window to assist in the rain cold weather or any other time. They're constantly make excuses that there are only 3 people on staff and thats why they ignore and treat the drivers like we don't matter. They all fail to realize that we are the customer's representatives. As of yesterday 4/4 during an attemptto pick-upan order (unsuccessfully), this location claims the Uber and Dasher system goes down for reset at 3am so that ends deliveries (until what time) and is False! Put it on the door if it's the TRUTH show me on a corporate sticker! They're the only store claiming this and why didn't Uber and Doordash get the Memo? What they also fail to consider is that drivers are literally risking our lives driving in traffic, rain, and risking our safety going to strangers homes wherever, for fast food in the middle of the night. We have it hard out here as well as we are all just trying to make ends meet. At least the McDonald's employees are safely locked in the building with people they are familiar with. We all have problems and issues but we should always be doing what's right-especially what we're getting paid for. I had said previously, I was not going to pickup orders from McDonald's any longer and I absolutely mean it now. It's past ridiculous and the attempts are unsuccessful most of the time. It's depressing, draining and just plain sad to know that it has not gotten any better. It's hopeless for those in the areas of these below basic standard locations trying to get a "Happy Meal" which should be so simple yet so serious. I refuse to allow anything to consistently drain my positive energy. I hope and wish for the same to you all. I don't understand why "WE" the people patronizing these places don't choose better since these companies refuse to do better by us all! Hire better! Have better standards and accountability! Just do better! Well wishes to you all and please take care...
