Jax Fish Shrimp and Chicken — Restaurant in Jacksonville

So I had order the from the one on dunn when I tell you they was hittin!! I had to get some more. I came to this location thinking it would taste the same. But it wasn’t at all ! For people who don’t know the difference in the grease there’s a problem. I threw up from eating the shrimp & fries , I’m thinking they had already made the order because I had to transfer money so I had been sitting, but no! They make the order when paid for. So boom , that wasn’t it. they were fresh (supposedly). I’m bussin down, sliden I’m telling my gf like I don’t feel good my stomach hurting I feel like I’m bouta throw up. Soon as I got home I immediately , started throwing up . I called and told them what’s going on, trying to get a refund. They were refusing, telling me oh that could never happen!! Told them I’ll show them pictures they still tried to deny what I was telling them wasn’t true. I wasn’t causing problems so anything , I wasn’t trying to especially if I wouldn’t went to the hospital feel me. I just wanted the money back. I had to go up there to get a refund when I paid with card and they gave me CASH ! If in the future if you decide to go to this location , get your food well done. OR JUST GO TO THE ONE ON DUNN !...

Abdullah at the counter (only caught his name) and the rest of the staff were working harder than any other food crew I’ve seen in as long as I can remember. They were fairly busy but every one of them was working as one unit. Pretty cool to see. Got the shrimp lunch special and a bunch of good sauces, but the yellow one, some kind of lemon pepper something is an absolute must have for the shrimp at least. The bom bom sauce was as great as proclaimed by the staff. The conch salad was a smidge spicy, but we brought it home to use as a killer salsa on chicken tacos. First time going since it opened up , proces was affordable let's hope they say the same like is there a way us customers and fast food workers could meet in the middle far as pricing with food and product being so high but there no business without the customers and we the customers sometimes don't feel like cooking so rely on the restaraunt for a not so pricey but affordable decent meal but that's besides the fact. I had the #1 combo fish and shrimp the fish was good was a Lil to wet on the inside flavor was on point fresh grease shrimps delicious I was satisfied for first visit let's keep it that way and oh great customer service...
