Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I went to Burger King today, about noon and had one of the worst experiences of my life. I felt like dirt. I approached the drive up window. I ordered a Double Whopper with no tomato and a large order of fries. I heard the attendent read back to me what I ordered I again said a Double Whopper no tomato and a large fry that will be all. I looked at the screen it said 7.04. Being honest I thought that was a low price for what I ordered. I drove forward having given my order twice thinking ok. I arrived at the first window. The cashier said my order was a whopper no tomato and large fry. I stated to her I ordered a Double and fry. She said ok and called back into the back of her that my order and she gave an order number was a Double no tomato. She stated it would be the same amout I supposed ffor the inconvienece of the order being taken wrong. I moved forward to the second window. The order filler was giving my order and stated what the order was, it was not what I ordered. I explained to her what my order was for. She stepped away ffrom the window and a rather tall man with reddish hair wearing glasses very rudely asked did I read the screen, I said yes, I could not read all of it and I really couldn't. He then rudely said for me to drive up,, I could not hold up the line. There was a car in front of me, waiting for a Drink, That the Man brought out, So i couldnt go anywhere I was blocked in AS he finised with the customer before me, in my opionion he began to yell at me to move my car I could not hold up the line. I pulled around to the lot on the right noticing that the customer right before me was parked also.

As the story goes, she's parked and so am I and I see the Man with the reddish hair and glasses wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue pants go to the drive up window grab something, then brought it over to the lady sitting in the other car, that I meantioned earlier. The Man walked over to my car, for the second tie he reminded me that I would have to pay more which I had no problem with but he still had an attitude that somehow, I did someting wrong and was attacking mme ffor it. So I asked what do I have to pay. He stated a dollar, I gave hima One dollar bill and asked if someone was going to bring me my order. He then stated 'that is what I am here for sir' not being as mean, but still biligerent.

He walked over to the window, I assume he re rang the order, I don't konw, becasue as he was bring my order to y, he ripped off the receipt. So, no receipt and the order was cold by the time I got it.

I will never visit the estasblishment again. I hope other are getting better service.

Let me start off with I've never felt the need or want to leave a review for a business online but today was my last straw. i wouldn't put one star if i had the choice. I've been to this location three separate times all three were terrible experiences. The first time the food was horrible so I gave it a second change a week later...Food was bad AND they messed up my order. SO a YEAR later I give it another shot since it's near where I work and needed something quick. I thought maybe they'd have some new staff so i'll try it again. I ordered chicken fries and a cherry icee. When i get to the window they hand me a coke. I told the worker that I ordered a cherry icee. She gave me a dirty look then checked and told me the machine was down. I asked for my money back since I did not want any other drink. The manager comes over and says only the cherry one is down and that I could have a coke icee if I wanted (which meant the machine was not broken that only the cherry was down). At that point i just took it since I'm on my lunch break and didn't have time to argue anymore. The worker handed me my bag (with the dirtiest look) and walked away I said have a nice day and still no response. All i could think was how freaking RUDE!! I get back to the office and look in my bag for the chicken fries and there is no sauce!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and if you want good food/ the correct thing you ordered I recommend going to another location or another business. They have definitely lost a customer forever and will continue to tell all my friends and family about...

Simply horrible! If you're looking for your food should be good Dunn accurately at a great price this is not the location to come too. I gave it three choices in a row and all three got screwed up. The first night they didn't give me my Slurpee after I'd ask for it after not receiving it and heard from the back and argument pretty much calling me a liar when it was on a receipt so I just left. Second night... how simple is and Order consisting of three orders of there a piece nuggets? Well apparently they can't count only got two and was home by the time I realized it. I did not go back for my nuggets. For those of you keeping score at home Burger King two customer 0. Third night... I'll have to Whoppers and two chicken nuggets please. Please pull forward and I'll bring it out to you dot-dot-dot okay whatever. 15 minutes later I knock on the front door because the dining room has closed and I get a shake of the head and the turn of the back by the person inside who was the cashier at the drive-thru. I then proceeded to speed around back through the drive-through pull up to the window and say hey what is going on where's my food. They had forgotten about me. Long story short went back to the McDonald's who I just given a ravers you to for the rest of my stay in this part of Jacksonville. For the record, the Burger King in Myrtle Beach where I had lived for the last 10 years suck just as bad as this one so I tend to believe Burger...
