McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I didn't think it was possible but they just keep getting worse. cold rotten and forgotten just like their staff it can't possibly be then we must be lying but every single time something else is cold rotten or forgotten. And don't expect them to believe you don't expect them to give you something that they think they already gave you. I open my son's milk from his happy meal and it's chunky. The next time my baby doesn't have fries in his Happy Meal the next time he doesn't have apples the next time he doesn't have a toy the next time we're missing fries or were missing a sandwich or it's cold or a missing a drink there's always something missing or cold. Or they like to give you your bag of fries and then tell you to pull up and wait 6 minutes for something else Meanwhile your fries are sitting in your bag getting cold are you kidding me know give me my whole order at one time I want my family to eat it hot. Lastly I call you at 10 10 a.m. and ask if you are serving lunch you reply not until 10:30 thank you I have a very sad three year olds who would really like nothing more but a Happy Meal is there any possibility that I can get a Happy Meal yeah at 10:30 was your smart employees remark. Thank you I am so done I guess that's what happens when you are on Monopoly and have so outgrowns your place in this world I called Burger King the smaller establishment down the road and ask them if they could make me a kids meal and they were happy to do so even though they weren't serving lunch yet thank you Burger King for giving it to me my way and making my three-year-old happy and serving it hot you people just suck and you get worse and worse and you call your patrons Liars and you get worse and worse because you are so big that you don't have to believe anybody you just know that we're going to keep coming back so you really have gotten to where you just don't care so shame on you and I know that my message doesn't matter because for my seven family members there are 10 million other people who will continue to patronize your establishment last week there was a fight in the parking lot because you weren't taking calls from the second window someone was literally going to beat someone up because they wouldn't move up in line because the person in your window wasn't taking calls wow this is just the worst McDonald's ever and I've been doing business with you for as long as your doors have been open but I'm done because there's another one on the next corner. Not to mention rude employees horrible service the longest wait I have ever waited in the Drive-Thru...

Jeez I had to give a star to make a comment but I would not give it that. Waited 45 minutes from the time I pulled up. They had one lane open an 2 cars ordering in front of me from the order screen. An all that i ordered was one value fry, mchicken. 45 min wait an my fries are cold...at the place where they are the best hot but the worst cold. We were there 45 mins.... what the hell... I have never commented but I had to this time cause it was so ridiculous i could have sat down at a restraunt an ate a full dinner in the time of my visit. So after sitting there 20 minutes with out the car at the screen that was there when I first arrived was still sitting at the screen. I had to call the store cause we sat there so long I thought Damn this thing has to be broke but the car would not move from that spot so. 20 minutes they move the first car an from there 25 more for me to order get my food an get the hell outta there. Unbelievable I never in my life have had this happen I'm jus mad For the inconvenience geez atleast have the courtesy to make sure the customer's that would sit there an wait to give there business to McDonald's they basically spit in the face of every customer that was there. But I apologize for the negativity. But it jus blows my mind to wait 45 mins they could have cooked new Frys 3-5 new batches at least in the time so it's jus unacceptable. An they should look out for the customers that they should know good an we'll that the food they were giving out was unacceptable the manager that's running the night shift a 1:29 am on 9/16/17. Should be a little better at making sure the foods atleast hot. Way to long of a rant an complaint jus really was craving McDonald fries an waited 45 mins for a huge dissapointment. But i still will go back to mcdonalds just let down an jus think they need to work on it cause that's not a way to do the customers. Crazy!!!! but I had plenty of time waiting to write...

Wish I could give a zero! I asked for four hash browns a medium mocha frappe and a medium iced coffee lots of cream and sugar not a big order, a simple one. And at the window I had to wait because they were changing out the cashier no problem I waited but then the new lady told me the order everything right but the ice coffee they tried to give me a hot coffee, I told her I ordered an iced coffee so she said she fixed it and then told the stuff about the mistake I heard her tell them because she yelled it! But when I got to the pickup window again they tried to give me a hot coffee instead of ice coffee and I said that's not what I ordered and they said that's what it said so that is what I'll get, I had to argue to get an ice coffee I had to demand a refund of everything just to get my ice coffee it was pure ridiculous! I will never go there again!!!! Someone should pull the cameras at this morning's activity I mean that was just crazy it was a silly iced coffee really all that over iced coffee it was insane plus they give me an attitude. There was only one lady there that actually tried to get everything right the lady who handed me an ice coffee. As you can see in the receipt they still charged me for a value hot coffee. I was so late for work I just left. Folks if you don't want to be late to work and want your order correct the first time do not go there during the morning! They better hope I'm not mystery shopper because that was the worst service I have had...
