I literally just left there today 9/29/18 at approximately 7:38 a.m but my order wasn't token until 7:41 a.m. when entering the store I got NO TYPE OF GREETING FROM THE FRONT CASHIER. When she had left the register to grab a customer's food she did not explain to the customer's that she would be with them momentarily. When finally getting my food it was TERRIBLE... the manager who passed out my food was NOT customer friendly at all. Need I remind you the workers were moving hella slow as if this is not a FAST FOOD AREA. I say this because the store just showed pure laziness, I mean no one had any type of speed into doing the work. Everyone seemed unhappy of what they actually came to do this morning which is WORK/JOB and that's me speaking of the WHOLE morning staff managers included that I saw this morning smh. For years I've been in management for Footlocker and also I use to work for McDonald about three years ago just because my sister was a store manager at Town and Country and I could've sworn that it should be THREE minutes per customer....but no no I didn't get my greasy, cold, non fresh meal until 7:50ish almost leaving me late to work. Now I'm just more pissed due to the fact that I am pregnant but at the same time if anyone on earth was to get this type of meal with a S**T load of grease in there bag knowing that this is an old hash brown and has been sitting up for hours then I would be angry also. The I ordered an ICE coffee not a ice coffee with no ice... might I add the coffee tasted as if they had triple brewed it because it was VERY weak in taste. My sandwich was cold and the presentation looked even worse. The cook was sweating so bad that I don't even know if even his sweat got into my food. To be honest this hasn't been the first time that I've had problems with this particular store and I'm even more sad due to the fact that it's DOWNTOWN so I would expect for it to be A1 food at all times. EVERYHING SHOULD BE FRESH. I just don't see how anyone could pass a customer/person some food that they wouldn't even eat themselves but they again being the fact that I received this type of order maybe these nasty employees would've ate something like this. I need someone to contact me ASAP because I've called over and over and over and yet no one answers the phone which that's nothing new with McDonalds also. This is just sad over a million dollar company but yet such bad service :-( You all can check my pictures to see how I got my food to know that I am not lying and you tell me do this look fresh. I used to drive to the one on N Market St and E State Street (Union) but they kept messing up my order and they took so long to fill my order I often never got to eat it hot (if at all). Then I found this little hidden gem only a few miles away. They NEVER get my order wrong. They tell me when they are out of something in ADVANCE to paying for it, and even then... that is rare. The food comes fast, hot, and properly cooked. The staff is friendly and punctual. The building is clean and the line is usually slim to none. They never send me to the reserved without a warning when I order that something may take a minute. And as a regular, I am in awe they hace yet to fail me.
If I could, I would give 10 out of 10 stars.
Update: 2/15/18 within the last week they've gotten new staff for the night shift. If you drive up between the hours of 2 till 5 a.m. they will either tell you to wait and then never get back to you or simply never respond when you go through the drive-thru. it really sucks because I only have a half hour for my lunch break before I have to be back and I'm wasting my time driving to go get food and then not get any. So far it has happened to me three times
Update: 2/28/18 3:36AM I just stopped in again. No one at the drive through. I circled around the building and there was a man sitting down at a table in the dining room. He was wearing a McDonald's uniform. He and I made eye contact as I drove by the window. I figured at a minimum he was probably on break but could tell somebody else inside that there were customers so I decided to give it another go. Still no response when I drove through again. Staff fails time and time again.
Update: 3/22/18 3:26am Three cars were in the drive through when I arrived. "Hello?" echoed from the customer's cars. No responses from,the speakers. I backed up to see if there were workers in the dining room again. 3 workers were sitting at a table in the dining hall. One went for the window when she saw me. I pulled forward in time to hear her say something through one of the speakers before I heard customer 1 say "okay" and then pull off. Customer 2 gave up (whether or not she hesrd the interaction Idk). Customer 3 pulled up and waited... But as I pulled through without stopping, they gave up too. At least they are consistent, right?

   Read moreTo put a place in check. I've been going to this location for a great while now. Never once had negativities cross my mind. After working here you come across things. There's going to turbulances in a work place. Over all whose coming out on top. I give this location 50/50 on everything. The concerns is how one works here. The moral; the chit chats, the jokes the being serious part of having job to do. When you 50/50 about whom you working with. The comfort levels drop off. I'm not satisfied as a customer/employees of this location. And for the experience I have working here respect to low bound perhaps low balling. Which should never be. If management ever knew how others were mistreated would they do something or reverse wages and how the corporation handles human rights. Folks this is it for me. I'm facing the exit door heading out. When the respect runs out I'm out. This my second job. I tried changing schedules from when I started. This is my second job where co workers ask for money. Generous enough the amounts exceeded 3 digits from each acurrance. No one has returned favor. Out of respect it has gotten more viral n more aggressive into the employment levels. It more of a hate attitude more so of being team work personally. If your looking for a job here I will never recommend this location unless your intimate and know someone there. There asking too Much for minimum wage workers can do. And is asking n pushing for overwhelming situations n work This was the first job I witnessed to that more than one relationships were coordinated under one roof. The level of things will not stop unless legal action is acquired. Instigating is never a word here. I will never join a company again nor loan to any one person no matter the preditors or prey people have on how they may overlook my statue whether it be regular law enforcement, the people that work here or folks that eat at...
