I've ordered food for delivery to my hotel from New Dragon several times...and the food is standard for Chinese fare, and I have no complaints about the food. It's one of the delivery drivers. Because of this particular driver, I will not order delivery from New Dragon again. This person decided that she didn't have to bring me the right soft drinks that I ordered and told me that because she was too busy that she was relinqushing responsibility for replacing my drinks and attempted to hand me the drinks I didn't want after I told her "No, I don't want that." That's a pretty good chip on the sholder to have that kind of audacity...anyway, that was my problem. She told me that if I wanted it fixed, I'd have to call the resteraunt for it. I told her that she made the mistake, she was going to fix it. At which point she gave me some fairly unmistakable facial expressions and got in her car. Another driver came by with my drinks, but he seemed pensive at first, as if he was seeking a confrontation. I told him my issue in no uncertain terms, and why I was angry... and he gave me my soda. But the first driver pissed me off to no end, I was steaming when she left. She lost business for her employer on account of it. She acted inappropriately to a customers issue, which is her primary responsibility if SHE makes a mistake with someone's order. I seldom, if ever leave reviews but this person had me stomping the way she behaved. I wanted to drive down to the store and give her and her boss a piece of my mind. But this is better. Other customers can decide and make them accountable, knowing that customer service isn't always a priority for at least one of their employees there. No more New Dragaon. I will get in my car and get my Chinese food fix elsewhere from now on. Keep that up and I'm sure you'll lose more business, and find more bad reviews. Being busy isn't an excuse for ignoring a customers needs, especially if you've screwed up their order. Polite assurance that you'll do what you can to fix the problem is how you conduct yourself when giving good customer service....
Read moreCalled for pick up order and the guy was rushing me the whole time. Each item I was ordering, he rushed to ask if that was all and I kept saying no each time and let him know when I was done. So we pick up the order and want to make sure we have shrimp sauce for the sushi and he says yes it’s in the bag but still gives us more. I show my friend the amount of shrimp sauce (1/3 of the container is filled) and she asks for 1 more extra but he says no because she should have one in her bag on top of the one he gave. She believes him and after we left she found out that there was not another shrimp sauce in the bag. The dynamite sushi only comes with 5 pieces (online says 8). Nothing at all was fresh. Everything tasted old. The bourbon chicken was dry (I’ve never seen bourbon chicken sauce less until now). The wontons tasted stale. The rice had no flavor. My daughter who loves rice didn’t even eat it. If you like flavorless, dry food and bad customer service, then this...
Read moreWe called for delivery. Ordering was on the phone. He did seem slightly rushed. Repeated order food was correct. We like spicy food so wanted extra hot mustard and garlic chili sauce ( spicy red sauce) with a few soy with chopsticks. He said yah will give you all the sauces. Well we got a lot of soy & sweet sauce ( we had no egg rolls ,) had dreamed dumpings with 3/4 filled sauce for those. Really missed the spicy chili sauce , only received 2 packs hit mustard. Food came nice and hot like off the wok. The kung Pao chicken was nice and spicy ( asked for extra spicy,). Hot and sour soup great heat and flavor. Dumplings ok thick skin but tasty. We were missing the chip sticks and extra spicy sauce. Delivery was fast and the food we ordered , is what we received. It also came with white rice which was more than enough . We...
