Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I've gone into this Subway on 3 different occasions All 3 times I've gone has been terrible to say the least. Especially the last 2 times but today (3/6/24) took the cake. Previous visit I was the only person ordering and I had to consistently repeat what I wanted and didn't want on my subs, but an obvious frequent customer walks in and she (Kat) knew what they wanted but couldn't remember mine 5 seconds after I told her. Today (3/6/24) was my last visit. I ordered my subs and and Joy kept trying to give my Honey Oat bread after I asked for Multigrain, now yes I'll admit I did forget to show my coupon before I ordered but I've used this coupon in this restaurant and other before so I didn't think about. Kat tells Joy "He's got a coupon you bettet see what it is" I had a coupon for 3 Footlongs for $17.99 and was told that a Subway Club, a Rotisserie Chicken and a Steak & Cheese wasn't part of that coupon and I could on do a build you own sub, even though the coupon clearly stays what subs are excluded. None of which I'd ordered. When I asked Joy why not Ive used it here before and at every other Subway her response was " Well I don't know what to tell you but you ain't here!" I walked out and went to the store on Yellow Bluff Rd and ordered the same exact subs with the same coupon and had absolutely no problem and the manager told me that my coupon should have...

3:30 pm, February 16th, 2024. So I haven't had subway in a while after some bad previous experiences, but I figured I would give it a try again today as I generally love their sandwiches. Ugh, I wish I had gone elsewhere. The woman who made my cold cut club sandwich seemed ready to get off work, which I understand, but this had to be the sloppiest assembled sandwich I've ever received. After toasting, I started veggies with spinach, and she put it on, and there was a very gross rotted leaf right on top in the middle of the sandwich. I was expecting she would take it off but began getting other veggies to pile on, so I had to actually ask to have the gross leaf removed. The remaining veggies were haphazardly thrown at the sandwich. When rolling up the sandwich, she smashed it and folded it in the wrapper where all the sauce and ingredients squeezed out onto the wrapper. The flatbread was only half cut through as well, and the photos were after I had tried to stuff some back in and separate the sandwich. The photos were taken in the parking lot of the restaurant, this was not from transporting it. Upon trying to eat the mess of a sandwich, I was also disappointed to find that one end of the flatbread had also gone stale and was hard. these photos are after i did my best to make a sandwich out of the mush this lady threw together and smushed down. the first sub was completely covered in sauce and all of the toppings were on the outside. lady inside is rude and slow, i actually tried to get a job at this location because i have experience but was treated w crazy disrespect just for them to have horrible quality food. this is honestly just disappointing, the flatbread is made with the bread upside down and stale. as someone who has worked at a subway first hand this is crazy that they’re able to serve food so poorly made and just ugly. someone corporate needs to step in this is wildddd. not to mention it was $30+ dollars for these sandwiches. definitely don’t spend ur money here i wish i had a picture of how they were wrapped, completely loose and the paper was upside down with the wax side up 😭 these ppl need a...
