Had one of the worst dinning experiences possible! I arrived shortly before 1pm on a Saturday with 4 family members. The restaurant was about 20-30% full. We ordered 20 chicken wings, a basket of chicken tenders, A basket of fries, and a chicken sandwich. It took over 45 minutes after ordering for our food to arrive and even then we still didn't receive the full order. Our waitress said the kitchen "accidentally" put the sauce on 10 of the the wings instead of on the side as requested and the basket of chicken tenders were not ready yet. The basket of fries contained french fries that were under cooked and very limp. The other 10 wings didn't have the sauce we ordered on them. After waiting 15 more minutes, I told the waitress to just forget the chicken fingers as the rest of my family had already finished eating. I then asked to speak to the manager. In the time it took for the manager to come over to our table, I watched 2 men enter the restaurant, order and receive appetizers. The manager couldn't explain why it took so long for the food to arrive or for her to come to our table. She only mentioned the reason as to why we didn't receive the chicken fingers and that was due to not enough french fries being ready. She removed the chicken fingers and 10 wings from the bill and gave us a 10% discount on the remainder.
If this is how the restaurant operates at 20-30% capacity, I would hate to see how long the wait is when there is a football game on and it's packed.
After spending almost 2 hours at this restaurant, I ended up leaving hungry.
I hope this review will put management on notice that things need to change. Otherwise this place won't be...
Read moreI took my 7 yo in around 4:15 on Tuesday to have a nice dinner as he likes wings. Their prices are about double most places, 35 bucks for 20 wings and nothing else, but we ordered anyhow. They got the wings out in less than 10 min, presentation looked great. I ate one and it was not just cold, it was out of the refrigerator cold. I touched a few others and they were all the same. I rarely send food back, but 35 bucks for 20 cold wings was a bit much. I got the waiter's attention and told her how cold they were. She grabbed them up and took them back to the kitchen where I assumed they would be reheated or I would get new wings. My son and I sat at the table for the next 35 minutes and never heard another word from anyone. There were maybe 8 customers in the entire place, almost all had their food. I watched all of the waiters talk and do busy work but my food never came and I never heard anything from our waitress. Eventually after I had been there almost an hour we got up and left. I don't know what kind of wings at a standard wing sports bar cost that kind of money, but if they're that expensive, you'd think they would at least have decent customer service. I won't be back and I don't recommend them too...
Read moreSo I changed my rating for a few reasons: Typically I just order my wings but this time I visited this place last sunday and basically they have only specials for beers. I get its a sports oriented place, but they should really incorporate mixed drinks. Mixed drink menu is nonexistent. You basically have to know what kind of mixed drink you want and the bartender will just make it. Very disappointed about that. Also they had a party of 35 the same day I visited and there seemed to be not enough staff to accommodate the party AND regular patrons. Because of this, it took them almost 1 hour to bring me my food. No discount for the wait was offered. When I finally got my wings they had favor but they seemed to either been thawed out and recooked or sitting for a while becuase they were dry and tough...didn't seem to be fresh and prepped same day...I felt like I got wings they had stored or they were frozen. This is not the first time I felt this way about their wings. I probably will not go back there to order wings, and or until they create a mixed drink/signature drink menu. Me and me friend will most likely not go...
