Management is a joke. Rather than acknowledge an issue, the manager and the employees get extremely defensive. It is no wonder this place has a 2.7 rating and is the lowest of ANY Papa John's I can find in Florida.
I have delivered for DoorDash for over 3 years in my spare time. I find it fun, but occasionally encounter places like this.
The way it should work, like every other Papa John's location, I walk in as a delivery driver and inform an employee who I am, regardless of the line. If the order is ready, I get it and am in and out in less than a miunte plus or minus. If it is not ready, they know I am there and I wait.
This store.... oh no. They make you wait in a massive line and won't even acknowledge your presence. My order that I was delivering was sitting there ready and getting cold. After waiting over 10 minutes I finally was given the order for delivery.
The wait was so long, that the customer removed my tip and complained. I reccommend all Dashers reject deliveries from this store. I wasted just shy of an hour of my time to get paid 7 dollars for this delivery because this is so poorly run. And anyone who Dashes for DoorDash knows we should be making close to 20 an hour on a Friday night. Again, do not waste your time with this place.... and that goes for customers too.

Read moreI placed an order for delivery from this store tonight, it was delivered to my house by DoorDash. I only know this because it was attached to the online order recite. The details were, Drop-off option Hand it to me. I never received a text from doordash, a knock on the door, nothing letting me know it had been delivered and was missing items from the order. I called the store, pressed the options to speak with the manager, when I tried to tell him what happened he interrupted and said what do I want? I asked for his name and if he really was the manager, he said yes, he was, and his name was Atticus refusing to give me a last name. He also starting spelling words out to me like YUP YUP. I paid for a product that I didn't get; I called to try and fix this issue and got nothing but an arrogant manager that at best refunded my money, although I didn't get any kind of conformation from him that it was. I can't get a mangers name from Popa John's Pizza, but this guy Atticus has my credit card number, my full name and address. This may seem trivial to Popa John's Pizza, but my time was waisted, and that time and energy could have gone somewhere else to begin with. I never got my complete order, and the store manager was absolutely rude about it. I have ordered from here for 10 years, I will not buy from this place...

I ORDERED A LARGE crispy PARM pizza wait time was 48 mins just for me to get it and it’s not right. PRESENTATION IS HORRENDOUS just slack.Manager sound like a emo robot very dry and nonchalant. He told me he was going to remake it and send it out he said it should be about a hour….just to get a call back with him asking for the wrong person …that he sworn he said the right name (take accountability) just for me to tell him he has the wrong number….I continue to wait and grab my phone just to see when was the last time I called him because it’s been a while just to find out that was Papa John’s manager calling me back to confirm the ticket on the box….He then says we gave you the correct pizza a NY style pizza wouldn’t fit in that size box… wtf… soooooo you’re not remaking it ….cool I’ll just take a refund…….just clean house and hope for a better new hires because that night crew is trash.
