BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I called and placed an order today and a woman answered the phone and was quite rude to me and I had to repeat myself that I didn't want vegetables in my chicken lo-mein I guess she was in a horrible mood because she was rude and snappy. (F.y.i. if you are having a bad day DONOT be in customer service and take out your bad day on people who are simply trying to order food) I was afraid she would spit in my food she was so rude I forgot to ask for extra soy sauce so I placed another call. A nice gentleman answered the phone and he was very polite and with no problem I ordered the soy sauce. After being told by the rude woman our food would be here in 40 minutes we received our food in one hour and 10 minutes. The delivery driver that brought the food was very nice I then took our food inside. When I opened the bag........ (they put your food in a brown paper bag and put a plastic bag on the outside) there was soup covering our boxes of food and all four soups were smashed the soup must have been very hot which I am not complaining about however the soup lids had melted and busted all inside of the bag. So my brother placed a call to them asking them to replace our soup or our entire order due to the fact that soup was all over everything fair enough????(You would think this would be an easy fix for long time customers who have never complained right?) The first guy on the phone basically did not believe anything we said and said that he had to speak to the driver before he could approve it and didn't believe what we were saying and hung up on my brother. So.... a second call was made and my brother was very upset at this point because these people did not want to believe us by this time my brother was very angry and we all felt that they should have to replace all of our food a second man got on the phone he was very nice and asked us to send a picture and agreed to replace our soups. It should not have taken two phone calls the first phone call was 14 mins and 36 seconds and the second was 10 mins 47 seconds. I mean come on guys we have been ordering food from you forever almost one time a week. Finally long story short a very nice guy brought our soups he should be promoted to a manager because he has great customer service and was in shock to see that the soup had melted the lids he was very respectful and told us he apologized. I attached even a screen shot of our call logs for you to see how horrible all of this was all for lunch? I honestly feel that they owe us a lunch after all of that but all they offered after all of this was a discount on our next meal I hope it was worth losing a life long customer. Read moreIf you don’t want a bad take out experience I would just keep scrolling. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to after this experience. Worst experience I have ever had at a Chinese take out restaurant. We are a returning customer and the past two times we have called, the women who takes the orders has the biggest attitude and is very very rude most of the times we order. If they want to keep business around I would suggest hiring a new employee with a better attitude. I’m not even joking when I say “every time”. We had the wrong food sent out through delivery and wanted a redelivery of the food. In our order one item was wrong and both were cold. I asked for a redelivery of both items because when we order lunch we expect it to be hot and we don’t expect to have to heat up one item because we have to wait for the other item to arrive an hour later. It’s not like they were loosing a lot of money the order was 25$. We would have liked to eat the meal hot together as a family. She says “uhh well I don’t know if they are even going to do that!” She literally was appalled that I asked for them to fix their mistake. Read moreWe finally tried Sun Sun Garden on 1/4/2016 and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food we took out. We ordered our selections online and they were ready shorty after we arrived to pick it up. We got the Triple Delight, Chicken Fried Rice, and Shrimp Egg Rolls. The triple delight had some nice sized shrimp, beef, pork, and lots of quality veggies. We were dreading getting yet another order of warmed over gravy with a ton of cut-up celery found in many places. We got a very well made dish. The chicken fried rice was full of fresh chicken pieces, onions, and rice. Tasty. The Shrimp Egg Rolls were nice as well. All our food was fresh, hot, and full of quality ingredients. We wouldn't hesitate to re-visit. Update: 08/2019. We have received bad food from this place the last 3 times we got our orders there.
