I can't really speak much to the food or the atmosphere here as I didn't eat here, but after how I was treated, I can't say that I would eat here.

My wife and I came into JAX on a fairly slow afternoon and my wife needed to use the restroom located next to this restaurant. Tasked with watching all of our luggage and our drinks we'd just gotten at the Starbucks near this restaurant, I sat down at an empty table that only had 2 chairs and was located outside of the actual restaurant. I guess this didn't sit well with what I have to assume is the manager.

An older man, I'm assuming a server, approached and nicely asked me if he could help me with anything or ifnI was ready to order. I politely informed him that my wife was in the restroom not 50ft away and that I was simply waiting for her. As we were speaking, a woman approached him and asked him why there wasn't a menu on my table, and then seemed to chew into him while directing it at me, telling him "There should be a menu on every table, this is a restaurant after all!".

If this was a busy Saturday night and the place was packed, I'd somewhat understand them not wanting me to take up a table (though the manager still could have handled it better). On a slow Wednesday afternoon, this was uncalled for, and it turns away potential customers. My wife and I had just gotten off of a 3 hour flight and were hungry, and we would have happily considered having a meal here had this interaction not occured.

Instead of speaking rudely about people who may have spent money at your establishment, you chose to be rude not only to the customer, but to the server who was actually handling the interaction...

Food wasn't bad at all. My order tasted good. The issue was the service. My first drink was served fairly quickly. There was other bartenders that were coming for a shift change at at one point there was 5 waitresses and bartenders standing talking with each other in the bar area. Other patrons had to keep interrupting their gossip conversation to get drinks served. Upon serving one drink, they immediately went back to talking with each other. I saw this process repeat itself several times. I sat at the bar for a half hour and never once did they ask if I wanted another drink. I had to interrupt them to get a glass of water that was promptly put in front of me so they could return to gossip conversation.

It's clear these bartenders are annoyed with patrons asking for food and drinks. I travel through several airports and this was the worst service I've received in a long time, even for an airport bar.

Please train your bartenders management, they're short and annoyed with people spending money at your...

Lazy staff that lies about the food, brings you the wrong thing and doesn't ask you how it was. You order on an app and they have special instructions since they don't take your order personally any more, so I ordered a veggie omelet w egg whites and no onion. They came to my table and said they don't have egg whites. But they use fresh cracked eggs. Umm last time I checked that's where you get egg whites. The lady finally admitted they do have egg whites they just don't want to make them. Normally it's an upcharge, but here they are just lazy. Then i finally get my omelet and it comes WITH onions. But they never came back to the table to ask me how it was or if I needed anything. Don't offer a special instructions section when you're going to make it how you want regardless. Check on your customers and don't...

The worst service I've ever experienced. Way overpriced. But the service by Bethany was negligent. If paying by card, you do so with a QR code. But while their system took my payment, it said it had an error and they could not email me a receipt. My waitress (Bethany) was busy flirting at the entrance with a guy on a Southwest uniform. I asked her for a receipt, but she said it takes an hour to email the receipt. I said I need one now, but she just snickered and started talking to the Southwest worker again. Another server was able to print out for me when I went to the bar. I asked for the manager but honestly, he was no better even though he could see that the server was busy talking to an airport worker.

It’s mediocre at best they only have darker beer on tap. Everything else is bottle. The apps are lacking in the lane of typical. You can only order online when it comes to the menu. There were several people standing around not helping anyone at all. But it is close to the American Airlines Terminals. For someone who doesn’t like this type of beer I wouldn’t recommend since it is its primary items the older waitress was the only one bussing tables and other waitresses tables at that. She should be the one making the $$ her name is Mrs. Bobby you should def ask for her!!! She is super hard working!!! And it seems like they respect her by referencing her as Miss Bobby

I grabbed breakfast at PGA Tour Grill while waiting for my flight, and it was actually very good. My waitress, Diedra, was pleasant and attentive without being overbearing, which made for a nice start to the day. I was pleasantly surprised that they had sourdough toast with breakfast. The service was very fast, the coffee was hot, and overall this was a great option while waiting at the airport. I would absolutely stop here again when flying out of JAX.
