Every lotus place does this. I asked for light ice and got the whole cup filled with ice. To give frame of reference: I got a 32 ounce. After taking out 3/4th of the ice myself carefully I was left with 16 ounces of drink and ice leftover. That's half the drink I paid for, and keep in mind I only took out 3/4th of the ice..... I paid for a 32 and got a 16. The staff is friendly so that's good but I mean the best service in the world doesnt make up for the loss of money I feel when I leave...

I’m a HUGE coffee snob(terrible I know) but, every single time Phoebe makes my drink it is the ABSOLUTE best and she is the cutest, bubbliest girl with a gorgeous smile!(A few other employees should take note from her)Great way to start my mornings ❤️

Had the cookie dough cold brew, was absolutely amazing. Nice little coffee shop with an in and out. No inside lobby though. Service was good, workers very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stop here again.

The lotus tea is an incredible flavor, thickly applied and high quality. When perk closed i was very sad to lose the lotus tea i came to love from my time abroad.

Service is efficent and quick, only delays are people reading the new menus to learn. Staff is friendly.

Lotus tea is such a delicate and specialized flavor and i deeply enjoy having it as an option again, I truly appreciate them here.

1st visit today. They answered my questions for I am a coffee snob. The wife got a dirty chai latte and liked it. I felt i needed a strawberry banana smoothie so it was good. Will try the coffee for me next time...iced latte please....extra...
