Raquel’s Tastee Cakes and More — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My boyfriend keeps telling me I gots to try this banana pudding cake. Him and I have went to Raquel’s shop several times to get a piece so I can try it and each time she was sold out, this went on for about 6 months, no lie🤦🏽‍♀️ His birthday was coming up and I was determined to put an order in for this cake and surprise him with this banana pudding cake he been talking about. FYI the surprise didn’t happen because he also wanted that cake for his birthday and was determined that I get to taste the cake🤣 therefore the day I ordered the cake, he said to me to remind him to order a cake😳I had to tell him I put the order in already🫣Anyways I picked up the cake and sent him a picture and his response was I need a slice NOW. I just laughed. He made it to the house and we cut the cake and I finally got to taste the famous banana pudding cake, and let me tell you guys something. I was speechless. That cake was moist, not so sweet like other cakes, and the frosting was perfect. 10 out of 10 for me. Definitely getting this when my brothers come visit, because my family loves banana pudding and I know they would love this cake.

I was looking to send my daughter a red velvet cake for her birthday. I originally was going to just send from a grocery store but then decided I wanted to send her something better quality and did a Search for the best red velvet cake in Jacksonville Florida . I definitely found it ! Customer service outstanding. Cake was made fresh that day ( I called after 1pm even). Hand delivered and even included happy birthday candles that were picked up specifically for me.

My daughter and her friends couldn't stop raving about this cake and all sent multiple texts saying it was the best cake they have ever tasted ! And my daughter has had red velvet cakes from all over for her birthday for 26 years !

The flavor of her cakes are TRULY AMAZING!! They have the perfect blend of ALL ingredients and very MOIST!! Not too strong of flavor. They are just right!! It's obvious that she bakes with a lot of love and passion.. you can taste it in every bite.. I tasted the Strawberry and the Red Velvet Cakes. OMGGGGG!!! Both are some of the best I've ever had!!
