9-3-21 I was here for Smackdown Live Front Row. IT was not very bad. I got there around 3pm and it was pretty empty and i was at the front of the door and the people were nice and friendly. The only thing i didn't like was that ALL WWE Fans were NOT Allowed to bring there WWE Belts to the show... which most people said capitalism and 2 groups try to make a scene about it and then 30 mins later the belts were allowed to be in the building. The Bathrooms were Pretty Packed but 7/10, The Staff was pretty nice and respectful, The WWE Staff were amazing that night and i had a great blast. i recommend going again :) :)

3-14-22 6 months ago or so i went to Smackdown in this Same Arena. It was a huge huge Blast this time! I went at the same time sorta but the weather was not bad, i was 7 or 8th in line and Off Topic.. I was Allowed to bring my Mountain Dew Cyclone Sign to show at the show since it was removed off the fountain shelves.. The People were nice like always, i saw the same people like last time, 2 fans of my youtube wrestling vlog seen me and the seats were pretty good too. I was super happy to be apart of the show and meet the wrestlers and see them. The Bathroom were clean, The Staff in the building was nice and helpful, and the Food is GOOD! I recommand everyone to come here for WWE shows.

5/8/23 Here we go AGAIN!!! I was super happy to see WWE Return again! I got to the area around 3pm for Free parking around Palmetto ST. I gotten to see a couple wrestlers come in but the parking lot inside the building is LOCKED so it is not possible to meet and take photos with them. (Suggest Amway Center in Orlando for that) I gotten to the front of the building around 3:30pm and waited until 6:15pm to get inside the building. The Building inside changed a bit, and added a 1 New thing in the food court section. A nice Chicken Grill Spot and it smelled very good but i didn't get the food. The Section i sat at was very good too and wish it was a beat cheaper but the seat view was GREAT!!! I gotten on the fan cam a one time lol. Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Judgement Day, Rhea Ripley, Dana Brooke, Otis, Chad Gable, Maxxinee, Damien Preist, Dominik Mysterio, Trish Stratus, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Imperium, Shinsuake Nakamura and many more were there! I cheer for everyone and the crowd was pretty solid! I recommand everyone to please come here for WWE RAW or...

I went to see Tyler prettys Madeas farewell play. I like the fact that they were organized with parking or at least when I got their they was lol!! Parking was very close to the arena. Love the extra employee outside to help send you to the correct entrances. The search process was simple. A crowd was expected. I just wish their was more that two elevators two staircases and one automatic stair. For the crowd that was their they should have had more open. Again great job with extra employee to help us get to correct entrance to stage. Food was good. Love the fact that their wasn't a long line cuz they had like 10 to 15 registeres open!!!!! Love that!!!!! Wasn't too hard to find our seats. So that was lovely. Sound was great, lighting was wonderful!!! Play was beautiful. Afterwards leaving was a bit crazy at first! We decided to wait on crowd to leave first. Only to walk into hallway and see it full of food going down there two elevators and two flights of stairs. The line to get to the stairs was crazy. I didn't make since you waking always past the stairs to turn around St the end of the line and walk back just to use the stairs. Madness I tell you!!! They also had the place open where they were selling the Tyler things. So you know it was crowded over their too. And this stand was across from the elevator. And the store line wrapped around as well. That could have been a light more week planned out and executed better. Week once we got through that we was able get out smoothly. The crowd had died down a whole lot. I also like the fact that the arena is right off the interstate. It took us no time to get from parking garage to interstate!!!! Love that!!! So over all my experience at this place was great!!!...

First time visiting Jacksonville and this place for the Cirque du soleil show on Saturday and it was a nightmare. I was coming from St Augustine and it would be 50mins away and we got to the area right around show time at 7 but literally the traffic was so bad we ended up finally inside the building at 7:50. Leading up the arena there is only a long one lane road that goes directly towards the event arena with multiple intersections on the way where anyone can cut in. So pretty mych you’re stuck in infinite traffic. I and so many people I’m sure missed like half the show waiting in traffic even if you got there in time. On top of that I paid for parking and I didn’t even want to try and bother searching for it and getting back in the nightmare traffic I had to pay $30 additionally to use a garage nearby that was also packed where only rooftop was available in the rain. I’m so appalled of the atrocious city planning and layout for a stadium where numerous famous celebrities and sports team host events at this place. You’d think with all the taxmoney they could at least add another lane or direct traffic more efficiently. Im surprised anyone bothers hosting here its ridiculous and now my money is wasted for the event I will never come back here. They need to build more lanes and different entrances to reach parking. If you’re trying to see any event at this place I recommend coming an hour or more in advance and parking there or finding your event somewhere else because you’re def going to miss it waiting in traffic. Also side note the food is crazily overpriced. $7 for a water is min and prices go up. Bring in outside food they don’t check only have a metal scan in the front. Overall...
