Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I lost my receipt and decided to just forget about it but as I was deleting pics, I came across the pics I took of the Outlaw sub I got from this Subway restaurant on 3/8/24, at about 1:30 pm. The a/c was out and it was hot in the restaurant. There was someone there who was working on something in the overhead so... The 2 guys preparing the food were polite and professional. The one, asked my order. I ordered the Outlaw. I advised him that I had not had one before so just make it like the pics in the commercials. He gave me an enthusiastic, "yes sir." The sub I got was emaciated. You could see nothing but a sub roll that appeared empty. Pics don't lie... I was so disappointed. But everyone knows that you don't complain and then ask for a remake... Plus, I'd missed breakfast and was starving - and the subs in the Subway commercial...

Terrible. Ordered a couple of sandwiches online with extra meat. Picked them up one was the wrong kind of sandwich, neither had extra meat. I drove 15 minutes back to get it corrected. The lady there was so rude and said she would make me half a sandwich to make up for it, because I had eaten about a quarter of one sandwich. I said no give me a refund. She calls her manager then comes out doesn’t say a thing and begins making me new sandwiches. I had to again point out the fact that I had paid for extra meat on these sandwiches. At that time she again was rude and argued with me until I showed on the receipt that I had paid for extra meat. It was certainly awkward at that point when she had to finish making my sandwiches. I will go to a different location next time I...

I was drinking my fountain drink when I felt something in my mouth. Spit it out and it look like a chewed up black Olive ( I didn't have anything black) . I poured my cup out in the fountain and found chunks and gobs of black nasty stuff. I then forward my sons out and found the same. I had Diet Coke with ice. He had Coke with no ice. I asked one of the workers to come look at it. He told me that he already knew and they didn't have time to clean it. I've been throwing up for the past hour... Maybe just because I'm completely grossed out. My son threw up once. I drank a good bit of that soda before I got the 1st glob In my mouth... Which means I probly swallowed a ton of smaller pieces. If they know about it how in the world do they still...
