I loved this place years ago. The interior is nice and relaxing however the bathrooms really need to be cleaned. The plates of food were huge and the food was excellent. Sadly they are now skimp on the amount of food while charging more. The pancakes used to be huge but McDonald's has better and larger pancakes than the near silver dollar pancake wannabes they are now serving. Look at the picture of the eggs attached. That is what they call a sausage and egg omelette. It used to be big, plate filing culinary delight. The shriveled little egg in that picture is something I could actually finish and have room for other stuff. The English muffin is good but you gotta make sure you ask for more butter because it appears to be in limited supply in the kitchen. The buttery brush barely touched the muffin. I hadn't been here in a while because they changed their syrup and started skimping on portions. I tried it againg but this visit was very disappointed at what they serve for the price you are paying. The food at competitors is much better for the same price. I am sorry to see them go down hill. I'll miss the "Ultimates" that were so worth...

Let's talk about this hidden gem! I've lived in the area for 8 years and never noticed this diner. Today my world changed, I have a new favorite lunch spot. I walked in with no expectations, it's 2025 and no one really wants to work and are miserable when they do. So imagine my surprise when a nice young man greeted me, sat me, and got my drink swiftly. The menu had so much to choose from I was at a loss until I saw the specials, meatloaf with brown gravy. Skip the meatloaf (my husband makes a meatloaf no one can compete with) BUT do you know how rare it is to find a restaurant serving brown gravy??? Sign me up for a sandwich and fries with the gravy on the side. I'm from western Pennsylvania, we like fries on our salads and gravy on our fries! I would like to know management's secret because every employee I saw looked like they were having a great day, EVERY SINGLE ONE! Shannon you were amazing, she never missed a beat. I watched her multi task with skill and a smile that never left her face. I sat next to a regular and the banter he shared with the staff makes me excited to become a...

Very good place to stop in, great outdoor seating, great yummy food, all the diner favorites! Some with a kick, like the “eggs on the bayou” which is like eggs Benedict with some extras such as crabmeat!! This is what my wife had and it was cooked just right and came out fresh. Taters were very tasty also, mine was a more traditional 3 egg scramble with a biscuit n gravy and taters. Coffee good and fresh, sweet tea cold and sweet. This lovely diner is also located only about a mile away from the beach and tons of shopping and such around it, couple good medical marijuana dispensaries nearby also. Lots to do and menu here has lots to try, worth a shot. Easy to find, get into and plenty of parking all around the building. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks!

My husband and I were looking for a quick but good breakfast spot. We stumbled upon the Beach Diner in Mandarin. Based on the time we got there, there was a wait. However, it moved quickly, and we had the option to sit inside or outside. The outside tables seemed a bit close for my taste, but it could be enjoyable as long as you don’t mind. We opted for inside seating, and once inside, there are various spaces throughout the restaurant for seating. At first glance, it looks like they expanded the place, which gave the area an odd shape. The décor was a nautical/hodgepodge base, but nothing too challenging to enjoy. Our orders were taken quickly, and our food was brought out in a very timely fashion. The food wasn’t bad, and the price was reasonable.
