Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at, they really need to shut this place down or hire people that care. I only go here due to its close location to where I live and my love of Taco Bell I developed while living in other states that make Taco Bell like its suppose to be made. Out of 100 orders they'll probably get 3 or 4 right (Tastes like Taco Bell and is correct). So here is how their food usually is: they leave food sitting out way too long (rotten tomato taco anyone?), over cook or undertook their chalupas (my favorite, been a couple occasions I had to throw them away due to the shell being overcooked), used the wrong size tortilla for a burrito (they used the taco tortilla), their sodas are often over / under-carbonated to the point they are undrinkable, if you ever get beans they love scraping the crusty dried beans and hiding it in the burrito for you to find, and you do not get what you pay for, literally. Order a Bean and Cheese burrito with extra, extra, extra, extra cheese (That is $1.00 in extra cheese for a ~$1.49 burrito) they'll just wave the bag close to the burrito and some cheese crumbs may fall out onto the burrito. I've gotten many meals here that are simply tortilla on tortilla with a bit of food inside. I imagine the only reason this place stays in business is cause of dumb people like me that are always hopeful that this will be the day.. the day they improve and make Taco Bell like it should be. I'm not exactly sure why Taco Bell thinks that they can just get away with the service and quality of food that they have provided, but I think the picture speaks for itself. Also, not only where we made to wait to order for about 5 minutes (which isn't the problem), but when we're made to wait to order AND THEN when we are FINALLY assisted we were RUSHED to complete our order after every little item we put in to order... Which was only 3 things. Two items were just fries and one, as you can see was the Steak Cheesy Dipping Burritos. $5. Does this look like it was worth $5? Both of these put together was smaller than the palm of my hand. There's CR 2032 battery next to it for a size comparison. As you can also see, it doesn't look as advertised. This looks like two naked baby mole rats laying next to each other. I don't understand how any establishment thinks that this is an okay thing to serve their customers. Oh, and let's not forget to mention that with all that rushing they were doing after having made us wait in the first place, they still have the order wrong. Of the ONLY 3 THINGS, they missed the second order of fries. That's 33% of the order messed up, plus the shoddy burritos. This visit was a reminder as to why people say Taco Bell is only good when...

Worst experience ever. I work nearby. My fiance stopped by and grabbed me dinner. I had a nacho bellgrande with no beans and some added ingredients with rice being my favorite. And a quesarito that comes with rice. When my fiance brought the food to me, there was NO RICE no cheese on the nachos, and the quesarito which automatically comes with rice had none neither. So i called they asked for the receipt and the food. I wrote on the receipt what the issue were and sent my coworker to have it fixed. When she brought the order back it was worse than the first time. No cheese literally one spoon of meat and sour cream over a bed of salty chips. And still no rice in neither item. Its crazy because i told the manager the issue, i wrote it down on the receipt. The man at the drive through window even told the cook the issue and the dumass cook still messed the order up. I mean how smart do you have to be? Twice and it just got worse? So now i feel somebody was being funny. They even took my receipt the second time Needless to say im at work and that was my dinner.
