This store by far has the worst customer service of any Wendy's I've ever been in. Orders are always very slow to come out and usually wrong with no ownership or apology. Like this isn't enough what I witnessed today gave me no choice but to write a review.
My daughter asked to use the restroom but we were waiting at the table as I thought there was only one stall and we had just saw an employee enter. We then saw another older customer with a walker enter the restroom so we got up and proceeded over. When we entered there were two stalls (one standard and one handicap). The handicap was occupied and the standard was open. As my daughter went into the standard stall I noticed the feet of the person in the handicap stall were in the middle (no where near the toilet or sink). The other customer cleared her throat and stated that she really needed to use the restroom.
A few minutes later my daughter exited the stall and the employee finally turned on the water to wash their hands. When the team member finally came out of the stall the customer made a comment that this is unbelievable, you're not even handicap. The team member had the audacity to look at the lady and state "seems that's more your problem than mine", rolled her eyes, smacked her lips and walked out. Ridiculous......
Not only was this an older lady she was also using the assistance of a walker. She had no choice but to wait for the handicap stall. For that to be your response after you intentionally stayed in the stall.......hateful and childish.....I can't. I would have left her name but shocker she didn't have a name tag. I'm sorry Wendy's but as long as you allow team members with this kind of attitude to work in your establishment we won't...

In my opinion, if you are going to be open late, you shouldnât run out of everything because thereâs no point to being open and it will cause a lot of frustrated customers like me. Iâve ordered from them twice and the first time they didnât have something that I ordered and it never even got replaced or refunded. The second time they didnât have an item that I ordered and I was able to choose a replacement and I could either choose a drink or cookies and then it turns out they didnât have any of that either. They also behaved as though they did not care at all and they just wanted me to leave, so they could hurry up and close the store. âRolling eyes, rude tone of voice, non-caring attitudeâ I understand that working in the food industry is not fun and Iâve been there, but thereâs no reason to take it out on day-to-day innocent people around you. Management needs to either not be open this late or make sure that the employees are making enough food to be there, even if I ordered my order at 12:22 AM and it closes at 12:30 AM, itâs still not 12:30 AM and all the machinery shouldnât be off. Also, if someone is ordering fast food, itâs safe to assume that they donât have a straw or a fork on them. Both times Iâve had no napkins or no straw in my drink and those things exist to be given to customers. Iâm sure I sound slightly frustrated, but Iâve wasted probably about $40 and I tried to give this store a second chance after the first time, and it didnât get corrected.    Read moreThe worst Wendyâs in Jacksonville, Florida. On 12/11 around 12:00 AM I received Terrible service from the night shift cashier a black slim young lady probably about 5â7 110 lbs. So at first she claimed that the system was done and they were only taking exact dollar amount after I told her thatâs fine she stated there will be a wait on my order. I told her that was fine. She did asked me to move my car up so that they can prepare. 45 minutes later after numerous of cars drive by because you know the system was down I drove back up to the window. No one was there I had to knock on the window and a different employee came up and asked did I order? And did the cashier tell me to move up with a look of frustration on her face and I said yes. Maybe 5 minutes later the cashier come with the food laughing say âoh I forgot about youâ then slammed the cashier window in my face. This had to be the worst service that i have ever received from a Wendyâs or any other organization in my life.
