This location is THE WORST fast food dining experience I’ve ever had and certainly the worst of the Wendy’s chain. Since the opening, I have consistently given this location the benefit of doubt and consistently I have been disappointed. My orders are either incomplete or totally wrong , without fail, every single time we make the mistake of dining here. I will be honest, this area of town is predominantly Black and the staff I’ve seen reflects that. I love to see my people be successful and THIS is another HUGE reason why I’ve brushed off the multiple instances of subpar service that I’ve received. Tonight is the last straw. My boyfriend (against our better judgement) decided to swing by for a very simple order. He decided to let our children tag along. 2 4 for $4 (bbq sauce for nuggets/jr bacon cheeseburger for one and a chicken sandwich for the other) 2 Ice Cream Sunday 2 Frosty
Once arriving at the window, he was informed that they were out of crumbled cookies for the topping of one of the Sundays. Mind you, this location like others also sells cookies individually. He suggested that they simply crush a cookie up for the topping. The young lady at the window stated “she didn’t feel like it”. He said fine, can you give me the cookie and I’ll do it myself. She told him he would have to pay for the cookie. He said fine - to which she replied, “Do you know how much that will cost?” I’ll let you pick out everything that is wrong here. In addition, when my boyfriend advised the manager who was assisting that the sauce was missing from the bags she got an attitude - and was very rude when he asked for the sauces he ordered. All of sudden, they’re out of BBQ sauce and honey mustard is the only option. Which was fine, until the packet somehow bust before making it to the window and the young lady tossed it towards the window - I’m assuming to discard it.
He remained calm because he is a decent human being, these people are preparing our food for consumption, and our children were watching.

But my son in law Wanted some Wendy's and I was just getting off of work on 295 because that Were I live on Firestone and I did not want to go down to 103rd so I gave it one more Try and that's when I met Mrs.Sonia this young lady showed Me that she is happy to have a Job but most of all she's shown me that I was important and that she really appreciate Me patronizing the Store🥰 and most of all She Showed me I Was Going To Get The Best Customer Service Because I'm spending My Hard Earned Money and that was an amazing Gratitude towards me! And let me put this out There because I know how some people May think unfortunately🤷🏼♂️ I'm Truly Not Saying This Because I knew Her or She Gave me anything without me paying for it🛐 but one thing she did give me a couldn't pay for was her appreciation an attitude❤To the management at Wendy's if this young Lady can earn and certificate are a promotion bar excellent Customer Service please give it to her across the board because she well deserves it and I'm sure many other Customer's Will Say The Same⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANK YOU...
Read moreFortunately the good part was the food was good and hot if the employees would just be a little bit human and be polite it would be a better experience does not make you feel good when they make you feel like you are bothering them they make you feel like they are doing you a favor it took a long time and when they came to the window did not even acknowledge me or speak to me I spoke and said Hi how are you today the girl said good do not make eye contact nor knowledge me or say anything else back the gentleman brought me my food handed me the food and shut the window do not speak to me or look at me I said thank you have a great day I got nothing when I noticed I was missing a straw it took me a minute to get his attention but I guess with him having no customers inside he must have been really busy and it made him mad that I bothered him to ask him for a straw give me a face and he handed me the straw and shut the window couldn't even be like here you go my bad or anything just gave me the straw like I was bothering him or I did something it does not make you feel good to receive your order that way like I said the food was good and hot better service sucked they really act like they're miserable at their job I know they work hard it is not an easy job but they can at least be nice and polite a fake smile 😁 thank you for your time write this comment believe me I always do comments if the service is good I normally don't do the bad comments when someone's having a bad day but it was the whole atmosphere so I felt like I needed to make...
