I went in to get a blizzard cake and they were near expiring so I asked for a fresh one. I was told they would make me one. I helped a lady whose cake had expired on 6/24, and it was 7/27. I sat and waited and waited. In fact, the lady after me received a new cake before me. I said that I also needed one and was told he's making it. After 40 minutes, I asked how long it took to make the cake and was told not long. I explained I've been waiting 40 minutes, so the last went to see what was going on. She came back and said he would make it. The dude never made my cake. Less than 5 minutes later, it was done. All he had to do was put fudge and cookies on it. He charged me full price and never said sorry. In fact, he brought out someone with him to protect him because he knew he was in the wrong. I didn't make a scene. I just told him it was wrong what he did to me and walked out. So, make sure to check expiration dates and know the service is horrible there. Be prepared to wait. It's rare to be greated with a smile when you pull up to the window or to even get a have a great day when the order is handed out. Today, I go through the drive thru and my icecream was so soft it fell off the cone before I even made it to the drive way to leave. I called back after some time had passed due to other concerns and when I asked for a manager I was informed that there isn't a manager there and when I asked for a shift leadership I was hung up on. I called back and the second time they informed me again that the manager was not there and wanted to know "what I want" and when I explained that I had issues with my order and what those issues were the young women who was on the phone informed me that I would need to call back later.
