Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Jasper

Ordered a 12 piece family meal with two orders of the snack pack double dippers all the food was soggy and rushed except the biscuits when we first entered we was not greeted at all staff was not that friendly and that’s a sad because we really had our taste buds set up for lee”s chicken and I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service we traveled all the way from Nashville Tn to eat here long story short it was not how we remembered Lee’s to be went a few months back to the location located in Kentucky and everything was fresh and over satisfied this was not it hire workers whom love the job and wanna keep customers coming back for more also take your time of the food and don’t rush it make the food with love it always...

First time ever trying to eat here. We walk up at 6:59 and they're making people throw their food away or take it as they usher them outside. We get back in the drivethru to then be turned away again. I understand inside closes at 7(could have waited for your guest to finish, but hey..it's Jasper) BUT WHY are yall turning folks away in the drivethru if it doesn't close...

Every week I visit Lee’s but today I was really surprise and that’s why I rating them 2 stars. I order 2 family dinners, and I spent around $118.00 at the window I ask for a cup of water and the woman told me, “ I need to charge you 22 cents.” And don’t take me wrong, is not the .22 cents, I spent over $100 dollars and you are asking me to pay for the water???
