This is a bit of a rant and directed at McDonald's in general, and towards this establishment in particular. After waiting approximately 15 minutes for my order, the sandwich was produced to me. A simple McDouble. My coffee still had not been made. A large vanilla iced coffee with a shot of espresso. Finally somebody decided to make it, and produced a black iced coffee to me. I told him that that was not right, and his reply wasn't to ask what was wrong but insist that it was right.
Okay, I was already unhappy that they charged $1 10 for the espresso shot, bringing the cost of a McDonald's coffee to nearly $4. My coffee and McDouble was $6.06. Not worth it even if it was done right. In this case not only was it done wrong but it was insisted that it was done correctly.
I am an over the road driver And I typically eat at McDonald's twice a day 5 days a week and occasionally on weekends. This order was a typical lunch order for me, with a breakfast order being an egg white delight meal. I literally spend thousands of dollars a year at McDonald's, as sad as that sounds. this was the latest issue in a McDonald's, but Unfortunately commonplace. At least half of the time that I pay that extra dollar for the shot of espresso I don't get it at all. It's easy to see in the color of the drink and in the taste. more often than not I pay for nothing. A good portion of the time the food is barely edible, and Even more often than that the service is terrible. The low pricing that initially brought me to McDonald's for so many meals to begin with is gone. I no longer have any reason to patronize this company. Sorry McDonald's, I quit. Unless I have no other choice I will be eating elsewhere.
I do want to mention that the manager in charge did a good job in listening to my complaint, and did refund my money on this visit. She also offered to make the coffee at no charge but I refused, I don't like taking things for free. I just like getting...

Read moreI placed an order at this location around 10pm I ordered the $5 meal deal with a medium iced coffee. My food was just fine, but I was handed a small iced coffee. I worked at a McDonald’s for 3 years and quit just recently, so I knew the sizes hadn’t changed. I told the lady in the drive thru that I ordered a medium, and she told me that what I had was a medium, I continued to show her the cup because the size is on the cup, and pointed out to her that it specifies a small, and she continued to say “well I don’t know why it says that because it’s a medium” and I asked her if it’s a medium why it says small and she said “I don’t know it just does” she did give me my medium before leaving but she did it by causing trouble first.
