Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Jasper

First I wait forever in line(just me in line), slings my bag of food at me, then finally hands me my drink, THEN MY $90 CHANGE. I get half way home to realize I have no sauce. Guess they ran out of boxes too. Fries and chicken were really old. It's like the fries were wet. Went back to get my sauce and it was like I'd walked into the club. Rap music blaring from the back louder than wht was trying to play through the store speakers. I ask for my sauce and ketchup and apparently that was too much for Jamichael because after handing me it and telling me I was STUPID FOR NOT ASKING FOR IT AT THE WINDOW THAT A ZAX SNAK DOESNT COME WITH ZAX SAUCE he proceeds to come around the counter and get up in my face throwing his arms up at me!! SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE CAMERAS FROM 8PM ON 5/13 and get ahold of me. Please ask your girl in the blue shirt to wash her mouth out talking like that to people and threatening to knock them out as they are walking them chest to chest pushing them out the door. THE FOOTAGE IS THERE. This will not just be 'let go'. I've never been so afraid trying...

I’ve been here before and it was usually good…. Today I found a feather attached to a cooked drumstick on a traditional wings and things….. The wings were also borderline cold, which I’ve never experienced before at a Zaxby’s. The fries were also stale, and no ketchup was included with the order.

My appetite was decimated after this and I feel sick the morning after, thinking of what these employees served me….

To the current manager: You need to examine your employees and do an evaluation. I did not get the sense that your staff is operating at Zaxby’s standards. The wait was also abnormally long, and I saw your associates loitering in the back(The older white male with nearly shaved head, and the african american male with long dreads.)

Lastly, I saw an african american female without a uniform walk behind the counter: Wasn’t sure if she was an employee or just knew an employee. In any case I am completely let down by...

It took us the better part of 20 minutes to place our order due to the line inside. The staff was doing their best to take care of the crowd. The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant while taking our order in spite of being in the weeds with so many orders and customers. After waiting 20 more minutes for our order, I asked the same young lady when I should become concerned about my order. She noted it had been picked up, which meant someone "repurposed my meal for personal consumption". It was stolen. I doubt there was another Fred within 5 miles of this store that mistook my order for theirs. They were very apologetic and quickly made our food, and we were on our way.
