McDonald's — Restaurant in Jay

Worst McDonald's around!!! Every employee I've encountered here is rude! And the food is terrible!!! No matter what time of day you visit! The food tastes like it's been sitting in a warmer for hours.. its always extremely greasy (Even by normal McDonald's standards) & often the buns have hard spots. And the fries are floppy and room temp NOT Hot & Fresh! Don't waste your money or time eating here!! The drive thru line takes forever! On my last visit They got our order wrong and when we said something to the kid at the window he had trouble figuring out what we were suppose to have.. so we gave him back the bag of food we were given and our receipt to compare and still confusion! He preceded to ask several other employees before being able to rectify the situation. Once we finally received the right order my husband and I we were each only able to eat half of our burgers before throwing the rest out because they were disgusting!!! Wouldn't even have ate that much if we weren't extremely hungry to begin with! This place is completely unorganized! Youd be better off Driving the extra miles to the McDonald's in Grove than...

Ordered 5 sandwiches in drive thru @9pm. Had to repeat order twice. Pulled up, payed, & pulled to the side to hand out food. 3 out of 5 sandwiches were wrong! Took them in & explained they were wrong. Employee argued w/me & said I was wrong, because I never revived my receipt I couldn't prove it. I explained I was sure due to having to repeat order 2x's, I knew I was right. So again I repeated what I ordered. She snatched sandwiches, threw them in the trash. Yelled at the back to remake them. They did & she handed them to me. I checked & STILL 1 was wrong!! She argued they have to put lettuce on sandwich. I again repeated what I ordered & she snatched it & balled it up & in to the trash it went. Finally I was handed the right sandwich after 38 minutes from my first request. NEVER AGAIN will my family or I give them a chance to be so rude. Good luck to all who do!

Absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Don't trust these "five" star reviews, they must be from the employees. I've stopped here several times on our way to Grove and each time it's just the worst tasting burnt, day old food as usual. I swear the fries are from the day before and recooked in the fryer, they taste like burnt grease. The bread is usually hard, and the service is sooooo slow. We were also told they were out of the cream pies so they could only give us two and when we asked for a refund, they magically had two more. Seriously, save your money, time and stomach, go somewhere else. I'll NEVER return to this...
