Located off the beaten path in what looked to be a poor neighborhood, it's in an old building that looks like it's about to fall down. No sign on the building itself, but it did say quilters welcome in the window. Inside there is stuff everywhere including non-quilting items such as garage-sale type of stuff, maybe some antiques and video rental. If you're ok with looking through everything that's stacked on top of each other, inside storage, etc. then you might enjoy the hunt. They didn't have a lot of fabric, but their prices were less expensive than I've seen anywhere--around $3-4 a yard.
