Fuji — Restaurant in Jefferson City

This was the most unique and flavorful sushi I have had in a lonnnng time. Best sushi in MO thus far!

What we ordered -Tropical Island Roll 6/5 -Crunchy Phoenix Roll 5/5 -Sumo Roll 5/5 -Stuffed Mushrooms 6/5 -Filet Mignon 4/5 -Crab Rangoon 4/5 -Miso 4/5

The Tropical roll and Phoenix roll were the most unique rolls I have ever tried! The strawberry sauce on the Tropical Roll blew me and my friends away. The crunchy Phoenix had a nice heat and unique indescribable flavor! I would order both again! The rest of the food was great! Miso was a little untraditional with the mushrooms but still pretty good! The steak wasn't all the flavorful could have been more rare but still decent. And the sumo roll was good but I've definitely had that kind of roll before, nothing unique there but great!

Service was great! Nothing over the top but we didn't ever feel forgotten and the food came out fast! And the presentation was a nice touch.

The atmosphere is kind of crowded but not enough to deter me or ruin it! The fish tank in the front of the store needs more decor. I hate seeing fish swimming around in nothing but...

Food and silverware all over the floor. My boyfriend had to pick it up with his napkin and give it to one of the 4 waitresses who couldn't stop by for 20 min to even take a drink order. Prior to being seated, waited 30 min at the door while folks in larger parties were seated one right after the next. Finally, after 30 more minutes of looking at the menu. The waitress says I can not order what is on the menu. Are you FN kidding me? Ok, so then I had to order whatever in the heck It was I got.... 2 sushi rolls. My boyfriends meal has come (with the incorrect salad)and he has a couple more bites left, I still have not received just 2 sushi rolls. It's been 30 more minutes since he has been given his food... no one has come to our table to check on us or tell us the status of the food. Guess, I don't eat today After having sat here for almost 2 hours, still no food for me and now my boyfriend is being offered a to go box. He stopped one waiter for 2 seconds and asked for a bag for the to go box waiter states "ask your server, I am busy" we are leaving. What a joke... ill go to columbia...

We did the hibachi grill. Great looking place and the guy running the grill was a lot of fun. The fried rice was great and the sushi was decent. We got the shrimp shumai kinda ok. Also did steak shrimp and chicken on the hibachi. The meat was hardly seasoned at all. The group that got seated with us ordered stuff from the kitchen for their kids that didn’t like hibachi and sushi and they never even got their meals. Our waiter was almost completely absent because he seemed to be the only one for ALL of the tables. This place had such a good rating on here that I was really excited. It was a let down for sure. Their bathrooms were really gross too and I am wondering if the lights were brighter in the rest of the place if it would look as nasty as...
