Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jefferson City

We ordered a super Supreme, it ended up coming with the new York style pepperoni. My 4 yr old normally picks all the pepperoni off of her pizza first and she wouldn't even eat it. I called and Brad apologized and said that he could credit me back 20 dollars or he could remake the pizza but I would have to come get it myself. I'm 2 weeks away from having a baby so that wasn't something I wanted to deal with. It still put me out the almost 14 dollars that I spent on delivery fee and tip. The employees were nice but I think it's ridiculous that I wasn't credited my entire purchase amount. We've done business there for years but this was extremely disappointing. My pregnancy taste buds ended up with an awful after taste and I ended up just throwing up what pizza that I ate. Exception should be given to long time customers. It's just good...

I ordered a decent size order $65 worth of food, I tried for an hour and a half to get someone available to fix my order, they use door dash to deliver their food, the guy drops my order on the ground in front of me, lesves it and takes off ruins my even and my food, I would go down to the store to get it fixed but I'm sick and don't want to subject anyone else to what I have, I suggest no one deals with this location, they don't care about their customers, I'm from Wichita where Pizza was founded and they have always been my go too, pizza joint I think that might be changing now. If you pull up my account online I use pizza hut nation wide for many reasons, you can be the store that can save or kill our business...

This was a very disappointing location. After giving them two opportunities to get my gluten free special order correct, I felt it time to address the issue. I contacted to explain the issue and was met with apathy, and the attitude that it was my fault. Just for clarity the gluten free pizza is way over priced and in order to feel like I get a pizza I order double toppings including cheese. It seems this Pizza Hut doesn't know what the cheese looks like. I tried to explain to Logan that they didn't seem to put the cheese on the pizza. Logan assured me he personally made my pizza to exact specifications. Well if I am paying $20 + for a 10" pizza and this is the result of exact specifications then going forward it is...
