Customer service is horrible. I dropped off my levian wedding ring and was told 1 month to pick up. No problem, the month past and I received no call telling me it was not there or there was an issue,so I waited 1 more week and called spoke to a guy and he told us he was sorry but it was still out because they had to send it somewhere else and to give it 1 more week I waited and got no call so I called and the same guy told me he had no idea where it was or where in the repair process it was and to give them 1 more week. Again no call after that week so I called and spoke to I believe the same guy and he said it was still.out and he had no idea where it was or when it would be back I told him that I wanted contact info for levian so I could find out for myself he said he would get that and call me back...No call so I called back got him again and he said it would be there tomorrow I asked to speak with a manager she first of all was very rude and interrupted me when I was speaking to her. I said I was not trying to be rude but I wanted to know what was going on with my ring and why does noone have information and that the lack of communication was horrible between them and customers.. she said it "should ship out Friday so it could possibly be there monday" I told her I lived 2+hours away and would like a call if it does not come Monday. Read moreWent to have a ring repaired and resized. Was quoted in the hundreds with no guarantee that it would be fixable. Told that they don't know the cost as they'd have to send it out and would know the final price once it was repaired, which is ridiculous as they'll then have my ring as hostage until I pay the undisclosed price. Left and went to a different jeweler in the same mall. Was given a specific quote, advised it was going to a specific location for repair, given details as to how the repair would go, as well as "worse case" secondary repair cost and details. Ring was fixed, resized, returned earlier than expected at the quoted price.
