Service the last two visits to this location have been... appalling to say the least. Time before last it was with the online order app. We waited over 25 min for our food. By the time I went in to get it, the manager was taking it out. Her reason was the cook hadn't dropped the chicken strips so part of the food order had to be remade due to the delay for the time it takes to make chicken strips. What she failed to realize was that the frozen drinks we ordered had half melted and she didn't have them repoured. This was extremely dissatisfying. And the last visit through the drive thru was horrible. The person taking the order with me became very short because I was still deciding on part of the food order. But there was no one behind us so I wasn't in a big hurry and wasn't going to allow her attitude to rush me. Then after finally getting to the window, there were a few cars ahead of us, she started to have me pull forward and then changed her mind. She never said one word (besides could you pull forward ple.. then stopped) we exchanged payment and then she started handing me the drinks and food. The window closed and I was like, was that all? I asked my significant other if that was everything and she said I think so. And she still hadn't returned to the window, I waited for a bit longer and then pulled forward. As I reached the end of the building I realized I hadn't gotten my drink. I pulled around started to go back through the drive thru again, then I just pulled out of the line and around parked and went inside to get my drink. Oh and for this location let's go back a few months. I went in and ordered an ice cream cone and I sat down and waited. I waited so long I started taking video of the employees hanging around chatting, the store was less than busy and I had heard the manager ask an employee twice to make the order. When she came out of the back she saw me still sitting there and asked someone again to get the order. I waited about 5 more minutes went up to the counter and said I was ready to go and just wanted my money back. At that time she did so and apologized for the wait and told me that she had asked the other to get the order prepared. I said it was fine and just a refund was acceptable. She then had someone making the order and comped the ice cream cones and was quite apologetic for the wait. I had two nieces and a nephew previously working at this location. I rarely am the one taking the kids here but clearly there is an issue with customer service and employee training....

“I arrived around 6:25 PM. I had to wait in line for about 7 minutes before placing my order. Placing my order went well. I ordered a #7 Two Cheeseburger meal with no onions, Large with a Diet Coke, two Cheeseburgers only ketchup, two Cheeseburgers only ketchup and pickles, and two plain McChickens. It took another 7 minutes before I got to the window to pay. Then another 5 minutes to reach the window to receive my order. The employee read back my order correctly. I could tell she was overworked and frustrated, but doing her best. After about 20 minutes, three people including what appeared to be the manager came to the window, apologizing for the delay, stating they only had two cooks, and asked me to pull forward to the third window. I informed them the lady in the vehicle behind me was yelling and appeared to be upset, just as a heads up. I pulled forward, as instructed. I proceeded to see five people, including the crazy lady receive their food before me. When an employee was coming back from taking an order to another vehicle passed by the window, I knocked on it. She said they forgot about me and she would go ask. She came back with a bag of food. She said none of the wrappers were marked, and I would have to go through it. I was missing the drink, so I asked her for it. She got it. When she returned she apologized again. This was the same employee who had verified my order initially. She was doing a great job, under the circumstances. I normally try to extend grace and show mercy to others, but my patience was being tested. I didn’t have it in me to review the order while in the parking lot, but I knew things would be wrong and spending 50 minutes in the McDonald’s drive thru, I believe, would make even a Tibetan monk reach their breaking point, and I didn’t want to be there for another second. When I came home, I discovered a McCrispy with mayonnaise, which I did not order, nor had ever heard of prior to this endeavor. I had three plain McChickens, four cheeseburgers with no onions, one cheeseburger with only ketchup, two medium fries, plus the large Diet Coke. I have no idea if any of it tasted good, but it all looked unappealing to me. The family didn’t starve, so I suppose that’s...
Read moreI came here with my wife around 10PM on a weekday. Decided to do a mobile order with curbside pickup due to the drive through line being a little backed up. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes with a mobile order. I could have gone through the drive thru twice over. Been waiting for 45 minutes and still haven't gotten the food I ordered. No refunds online, no way to cancel. I have to either drive away with empty hands and empty pockets, or keep waiting for food that may never come. I know it's McDonald's, but it's very disrespectful to abuse someone else's time and not give them an out when you can't hold up your end of the deal. Very unfortunate situation.
The manager came out to give food to a parked car from the drive thru. I asked her if she had forgotten about us. She stated they are short staffed and only have one person in the kitchen. That doesn't explain why dozens of cars have gone through the drive through since I ordered online. I've watched several cars pull into the drive thru and leave while I've been parked waiting. I don't doubt that they are short staffed, but that doesn't explain how over a dozen people got their food before me, yet they got here after me.
The moral of the story, don't do a mobile order at this location. They will forget about you, and hold...
