Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Jefferson City

Wasn't my greatest experience. Walked in about 4:30. Went straight to the counter and got side glances from about 6 different employees. Had to wait for what I'm guessing was a manager to see me before I was acknowledged. She was polite and took my order. Once I got my order I opened my sandwich to put condiments on it and noticed a med-long blonde hair basically cooked into my bun. I have very short (like buzzed) brunette hair. I took the sandwich to the counter and showed the first employee I seen. She was like "ok" and then just stared at me. Took yet another employee to to come up before they did anything. Didn't really day anything to me, just took my sandwich......as I just stood there, then somebody else said.... they'll make another one. It wasn't until they brought (what I hope was) a new sandwich, before anyone apologized for the incident. Definitely not great customer service from the crew as a whole. Real bummer, because I normally...

Somebody needs to teach you have to make an ice cream cone. 😫

So what happens when the novelty of a store wears off and the honeymoon phase is over?

OK Chick-fil-A... your suppose to be know for clean fast food... not skimp and wait.

The lines were incredibly long today, I thought it was just busier than usual. But they didn't move, so I had to exit and return later. Lines were still long, so I opted for the awkward curbside (I don't understand it if you have a pay a head mobile for the drive thru).

But the greater disappointment was the skimpy cone. The base wasn't even filled. The whole cone looked like it was on a diet. First time I've got one from Chick-fil-A, will nit be ordering again. McDonalds is close enough for a separate trip, cheaper, and taste better to me.

Now I'm really judging Chick-fil-A. My eyes are open to the $20 I'm spending for lunch at a fast food place. As apposed to the $5 at another... just saying....

First time ever coming to Chick-fil-A

Positive: food was hot and delicious, quick service, and friendly.

Negative: we ordered a number 1, kids chicken nuggets, and a chicken sandwich. After we ordered we were getting ready to drive off too the widow the lady says " I'm sorry were out of fries would you like to substitute for the fries." I said yes. I'll take 2 salads. My order went from 16.00 to 25.00. I asked at the window why. They said because of the substitutions. I had explain what the other lady told me. She said we don't do that. So I told her I wanted all sandwiches. And we did. I'm okay with a business being out of something but you need a substitutions and not charge extra. Also if you are let customers know. When we got our sandwich we had no mayo. I don't know if that is just a thing. If so that's fine but again ask customer,s what kind of condiment...
