Super helpful and friendly staff. Nova especially took great care of my husband and I. She put up with and answered all my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sofa City is a wonderful and very accessible place to get furniture. They have a wide variety of couches, plus lamps, side tables, coffee tables, rugs.. I was very impressed with the amount of furniture to browse through. Their inventory changes often, so if you don't fall in love with a couch when you're in there, come back in a week or two, and the couch of your dreams might be there. Tracy at the Jefferson City store is great! Very upbeat and friendly, super knowledgeable and a true believer in Tempur-Pedic. So much so, she told us she bought one of them. She patiently answered all our questions and did a great demonstration of the different types of mattresses. Then, to top it all off, she worked out a great deal on a loveseat for us. That was what we came in to look at, but while she and my wife were talking furniture, I wandered over to the Tempur-Pedic display and laid down on one.
