I went through the Drive-In today about 2 p.m. there was there was one car in front of me. And I waited almost 15 minutes behind the car for one baked potato!!! When they got their food it was one little bag đ€Ź so when I finally get to the window I asked the team leader, a young black man for a cup of water because I was so thirsty from the wait. He arrogantly proceeded to tell me it would be .33 centsđ€đđ„đđ± I said after waiting 15 minutes you're going to charge me for a small cup of??? He sd Yes. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I said team lead or manager? Then he said team lead, I asked for the manager at that point. I may seem like a Karen right now, but a cup of water they could have spared. Then the so-called general manager came to the window, she informed me she was the General manager. I asked her why they couldn't spare a cup of water after waiting 15 minutes for one baked potato. She said I'm the general manager and water is thirty-three cents. At that point I said forkit. These so-called general manager wasn't even in uniform. She was wearing a tight yellow t-shirt, Street clothes. I will not be going here again. This isn't the first time that there are problems at the store. I parked and had part of that baked potato and as I was leaving there were eight cars stacked and waiting in line. Very poorly run...

This is becoming a trend with Wendy's from Loudon, Knox, Jeff City and nationwide. Come on in, how are you doin? Service with a smile vs head shaking frowning faces telling you to bug off.
Some folks drive vehicles that don't fit through the drive-thru.
What a sorry state of affairs.
Come on people, be kind, be thankful, be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Read moreThe food was great as expected. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo which I have had on previous occasions. I deducted a star because it seems like the sandwich and fry portion was considerably smaller...I finished every bite in one sitting which I never do. Also, it used to take 2 hands to hold this particular sandwich. It was easily held by one hand this evening. I understand businesses have been impacted by Covid-19 and their operating costs have increased. I am disappointed that Wendy's chose to alter their portion sizes on items they have offered for over a decade. I would have preferred a large price jump vs the "mini spicy chicken sandwich" now being served. Price isn't everything....Even though I seek when I walk, I was prepared to pay more. Worth mentioning is the young lady working the 2nd window...she...
