Fellinis Pizzeria — Restaurant in Jefferson Hills

Very disappointed with this pizza shop. My work isn't far from their establishment and I've ordered a few times out of lack of knowing the area and where else I could get pizza from. Everytime there has been an issue with my order. This last time it took an hour to get my order and when I sat down to eat I discovered it was someone else's. I called and told them I received the wrong pizza and they were super nice in ensuring me they would personally make the next one and get it out to me ASAP!! Well as I'm writing this review that was almost TWO hours ago. In fact the place that I work at is now closed and I'm sitting in my car waiting on my pizza that I ordered at 4:36 and the current time is 7:40!!! Really?? Mistakes happen but they should be dealt with first and swiftly, this was neither. It's so hard to find anywhere that cares about its customers anymore!! We order from this place all the time, honestly has gone down hill the past couple months we ordered. Wife ordered a club hoagie honestly barely any Turkey on it, no bacon either, maybe one complete slice of Turkey spread out over the entire hoagie, same with the Italian hoagie, barely any meat on it. Then the pizza barely had any toppings for my HAWAIIAN pizza.

I never leave comments, I usually just deal with it, but this has been months of bad food, or cold food. especially when you spend 50 bucks of your hard earned money, you expect to have at least somewhat decent food, or at least a decent amount of it for the amount of money you pay. I used to love this place, was my favorite from the Bethel park location before it burned down, but I will never order again from this location in Jefferson hills. We also tried to call to discuss the issue but the phones were down for at least 30 minutes ...

Have ordered from here many times but never again. When I ordered by pizza, they told me 30 minutes. When I show up at approximately 28 minutes, I get told 6 minutes as they put my pizza in the oven. Why tell me 30 minutes when you didn't even start it. To top it off, I got yelled at because I stood too close to the door and made the buzzer go off by the delivery driver. I initially felt bad for the snotty little deliver driver since he was getting chewed out by his boss, but when he takes his frustration out on me because he screwed up, that's not appreciated. Then while I wait I get to listen to the one guy yell about how the delivery drivers are messing everything up...very professional. To put the icing on the cake I ordered 3 topping but inly had a few slivers of green pepper and a few pieces of onion.
