Fast Eddie's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

EXCELLENT! I was spending the day with a lifelong friend and we decided that it was time to eat. Fast Eddie's was actually our second choice. My friend had eaten there before but I had never heard of it. Next time it will be my first choice! They have a rather extensive list of "off the beaten path" beers and lagers. There was one that was a pineapple/mango beer that I asked the server about and told her that I was intrigued but thought it sounded gross. She offered me a sample! It was sweeter than I like so I just ordered a Bud Light (I know... not very adventurous... I like to stick with what I know). We ordered our meals and while we waited the server brought a basket of these little bread squares with cheese that were incredible. Then salad! These salads were exceptional! Croutons, onion, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, and a blend of lettuce! Not your typical dinner salad by any means! They were visually exciting and very tasty. Jalapeno ranch dressing...WOW! What a zing! Then the meal arrives. I ordered the Vodka Chicken. Simply amazing! I absolutely loved this place! Everything I ate was outstanding. The server was very friendly, upbeat, attentive, and fun. She did a great job! The atmosphere at Fast Eddie's is casual yet classy and very comfortable and relaxing yet lively and fun. This used to be one of my favorite places until last week. It's called fast Eddie's but the people who work there are obviously slow including the management. Last week I ordered a 7 inch cold veggie pizza with no tomato and no cucumber the pizza was delivered to my place of work with no tomato no cauliflower and no broccoli and enough cucumber to choke a horse. Of course I called right away and they offered me a credit for my pizza. So I called a week later and of course they said there was no credit on my account. When I talked to the "manager" they offered me a $5 credit on a $10 pizza they screwed up! I said I would like them to replace the pizza that they messed up. They said they could not do more than a $5 credit. I nicely told them "no thank you I won't be ordering there again". Well wouldn't you know it an hour later my food showed up to the hotel front desk with no credit expecting me to pay! So let me get this straight. You cannot afford to replace the whole pizza for me. But you have the resources to make the food and have somebody deliver it and expect me to pay for it when I told them I didn't want it? What a waste of money and resources. And absolutely no way to run a business. After talking to some of the guests at the hotel and how fast Eddie's has been screwing up their orders multiple times I will no longer be suggesting them as a place to eat to our guests. My family and I visited Bellville during the weekend of the Total Eclipse, so we expected long wait times at restaurants. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, which was okay with us. This place is very small. Maybe 10 tables/booths in total. The woman that was working the register/taking calls/doing to go orders wasn't exactly friendly, but she was busy, so we gave her some grace. Once we ordered, our food came pretty quickly, and it was AMAZING. They even had vegan cheese options for my husband, which we were so excited about. It's been a very long time since he's been able to order pizza from a restaurant. When he was ordering, the waitress asked if he wanted vegan because that's a choice or if it was an allergy. When we told her it was an allergy, she changed the sauce on his pizza as well because it has dairy in it. She was so helpful! Everything we ordered was delicious, but their cheese breadsticks are soooo good. I actually ordered them both nights that we were in Ohio. And the best part about this place, are their prices.
