I have experienced my first worst experience as an adult, as someone who has worked in customer service I learned the hard way that the customer is always right( and yes I forgot to take a picture of the product because at that point I just wanted to leave) but a small mangonada cost 6.99$, now my mom had asked for a yogurt with light yogurt and a lot of fruit it wasn’t even filled to the top it was extra, and I brought it back and the lady explained to me that no item can’t be returned and there’s no such thing as that you can’t return food anywhere else( I did get my money back), I didn’t say anything back to her because I knew it was always best to stay quiet because I am not really going to waste my time arguing but that lady that work today as “person in charge” on Sunday of February 12 can keep her $12/hr job because at the end of the day that’s not even her franchise and honestly to do not come here it’s not affordable anymore , everywhere it just too expensive might as well...

Ok so this was my favorite but but I'm not coming here because I'm not getting my money's worth management probably has told the ladies not to put a lot of fruit in the cups or this lady who's working at this time 3:54 p.m. Monday did not put much fruit in my yogurt she says that it doesn't go with too much fruit absolutely not another places they even move the plastic container to move all of the fruit around in order to fill it up with the yogurt because it's got so much amount of fruit I will post pictures here of other places to compare. I’m a little upset that I just purchased a lot of items with all my kids chicharrones, limonada de chia, yogurt, mangoneada and a torta Hawaiina I have never purchased a cold hawaiina ever!!! Who ever was working tonight 12/5/21 from 8 to 9 ish did not even make the effort to toast not even the bread my ham wasn’t lightly cooked, pineapple wasn’t lightly cooked my whole sandwich was cold to the touch I am so disappointed and they weren’t even busy.
