Alibaba Hookah Bar — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Absolutely disappointed I’m a regular customer since 2015, I used to go there all the time cause the food and hookah is great but last night it was terrible. Since we arrived at the location, there was punch of people taking all the parking spots in the street and standing by the hookah lounge door blocking the entrance to the place and drinking, walked inside and asked if we can sit in the back room then we were asked to pay first if we would like to sit in the back room even tho we had already placed an order over the phone for food prior to arriving and regular customers but it was okay to go a head and sit anywhere without paying in the front room!! We got the food in a to go boxes and had to feel very uncomfortable all eyes on us eating, now here is the problem a can of Coca Cola is $4 INSANELY OVER PRICED, beef shawrma plats is $25 even tho on their minu it’s only $16, hookah $24 same thing over prices and after all the rice had no flavor at all and was socked in water and had to pay $73 . Very disappointing we had to drive 25 minutes to get there just caused we enjoy this food specifically between all places. My brand new car was also hit and run outside that location from a punch of drunk girls who were inside that hookah not long time ago. Find somewhere else to go this place is turning into ghetto...

We have being customers of this store for two years now and I can’t believe that the owner or manager, ( I don’t mind the 15% tip charge because at the end , the waitress they provide an excellent service and are really friendship and understanding) we also add more tip on top , but the issue was that my and my family went about a month ago and on a Saturday and someone before we even sit, he came and told us that we have to spend each person 20 dollars because is Saturday , and if we want to sit here the total should be 150 dollars !!! Excluding the tip and tax . If not we are not allowed to sit !, what type of owner or manager would treat their clients like that ! And he could not even let us talk because as soon as I would say something about us always being calm and respectful customers he cut me off and started raising his voice ! . If that’s how he treats customers I can’t imagine how he treats his waitress (probably that’s a reason they are always with different staff ) . We don’t mind the BYOB charge or gratuity included but “forcing us at the entrance that everyone has to pay and order something for 20-25 dollars excluding the tip and BYOB is insane . I have come back here to change my rating from 4 stars to 1 and I would have given them 0 star if I could, Why ? So these people never ask for a creadit card up front and before you place your order, but they asked our balck friends for a credit card up front and after we complained about that not only they didn't apologize but they also told us not to tell em how to do their business. Then when our balck friends left one of the waitresses walked up to us and apologized and said that they only ask for credit cards up front from "THEM"! HOW MESSED...
