Over the weekend,me and my wife try to order a pizza and some wings at this Rosati's location and I had never been so disrespected by the order taker over the phone,she was very rude,very unprofessional,very aggressive,like she doesn't like her job working there,she was hanging up the phone on me many times,she will answer my call and hang up on me and laugh,I hope the owners of this Rosati's location see this review because is not the first time this person they have working on weekends is been really rude and with a really bad additute with the customers,I spoke with other customers that had order from this location on weekends and many had told me how the girl taking orders over the phone has been very rude with them,I am very disappointed with this pizza place,I had order pizza here before and I had never encountered someone very rude to customers,I really do not recommend people to order pizza at this location over the weekend because they will get the worse treatment ordering a pizza from this Rosati's location, bottom line I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE,and they lost a very good customer that it was only trying to order some food for his family,and if can give them a cero stars to them I would,I am very disappointed,but I will never be a customer...

We started ordering it from here since then and immediately I noticed a quality difference in some items like how their boneless buffalo wings NEVER came tossed in the buffalo sauce, just dry with the buffalo sauce on the side. They also removed the cauliflower wings I liked from their menu. These things never stopped us from ordering for months until earlier this week when the cheese pizza we ordered gave us all food poisoning. My wife, 3yo, and I were hurling for hours thru the night and unable to work or do anything the next day and a half from nausea, light headedness, and exhaustion. I don't know what happened that day to cause it but I hope the restaurant owner reads this and does something immediately to increase the cleanliness and quality there.. Read moreI had a horrible experience with the cashier on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in the afternoon. I was working for Uber. I arrived and asked about the order I had to pick up. Up to that point, everything was fine. They told me to wait 7 more minutes, which I waited without any problem. After 7 minutes, when I saw that other orders were coming out, I asked again if the order was ready. The cashier ignored me. I asked her again and she turned around and told me that she had blocked the order and that if I was in a hurry, I should leave. It is worth noting that I spoke to her with respect at all times, something she did not do with me. Horrible treatment. They should not allow people to work like that in their establishments. And she also said that she had canceled the order for me when she never did. I mention this because it affects Uber's reputation. I will never buy from Rosatis again.
