Starbucks — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I order a trenta pink drink at this location and they didn't even shake my pink drink. The pink drink totally look like a ombre with 85 percent red refresh on the bottom and 15 percent coconut milk on top. When I mix it together, hoping it would be OK but it wasn't. It was red like a apple so I when and waited for my turn to ask if they could add more coconut milk to make the drink better. This is the exact word I use and what she said. Me: "Can you please add more coconut milk in my pink drink." Starbucks worker: " Coconut milk is in there." Me: "Can you please put some more coconut milk in there." Starbucks Worker: Coconut is in there and if you want to add more coconut milk next time go to the cash register and ask for coconut milk or ask for more coconut when you order your drink ahead of time." This is after she ignore me when I was waiting for her to help me even though she see me. After that she took my pink drink and try to put a couple of drop of coconut milk in there and hand it to me but one of the other worker told her to put some more in there. Then she give it back to me with the side of the cup all dirty. Oh lord did I wanted to throw it away right there but I didn't because I feel bad for the other worker. Rude employee's I ordered a pink drink through the mobile app along with another coffee. The coffee was correct but not the pink drink. The pink drink was order with cold foam and no ice. More than half the cup was cold foam and it definitely did not look how a pink drink is supposed. Iwl waited 20 mins for my drink even though it was a mobile order. When i asked the barista who was also the manager to remake my drink he was very rude. He made it a second time and it was still wrong. Then again with the managers rude attitude. Finally the third time the drink was made it was correct. I apologized for the inconvenience but the manager was very rude for no reason and did not apologize.If i am paying 7 dollars for a drink i want it the way it is supposed to come.
