First let me say all the good things that I like. Everybody’s friendly, everybody greets you with a smile. The Roman Square pizza with the hot soppressata is out of this world good every time. The meatballs are consistently good. Now for the bad. Between having greens that were wet and not properly dried or greens that should’ve never made it into the package or getting the butt end of the head of Romaine in my salad or getting the wrong order on carry out or brought to the table, the rest of it is inconsistent. The reason everybody goes to McDonald’s is because they serve the same tasting garbage in the same portions at every single one of their stores. It’s consistency that brings diners back. After a year and a half of being open, I don’t see this changing. For the record what prompted me to write this was I called over to ask if they had any rigatoni or cavatappi. I didn’t realize that I would have to ask a business that is predicated on making fresh pasta whether they had that pasta in fresh form. I’m also a little shocked and a little disappointed that somebody at the store didn’t take the time to think this through and ask the follow up question. So I went over there to get the rigatoni which I expected to be fresh only to find out that they’ve just got it in the bag. I said guess that’s not what I want. And of course, friendly as ever the young lady said have a great day. I Went to the closest store that has good dry Italian pasta and there’s plenty in the neighborhood and gave them my money instead. Anytime my wife says she wants to go get that pizza. I am down. Anytime my wife says she wants to get the meatballs I am down. Anytime my wife says she’s getting something else. I’m crossing my fingers that it’s good and that the order is right or executed well. I’m a little frustrated, but that’s because I drove over there specifically to get pasta fresh and you didn’t have it. You...

first time trying it yesterday. i got the gnocchi with sun dried tomato pesto and my partner got the prosciutto arugula sandwich , which both were good! i dont really think there was anything super special about it though.
we also ordered a flourless chocolate cake, which was moldy.... they serve the salads and the cakes in take out containers (even when eating in) and when we got to our cake we werent sure if it was powdered sugar or mold. looking at it closer it was definitely fuzzy. i brought it up and showed them and they all seemed really confused, but every single cake that was out had the mold on it. im assuming they put them in the plastic containers hot and the condensation made mold. they did give us a new piece, after cutting a bunch more and restocking the front before giving us ours. the cake itself was crumbly and decent - not really worth the hassle.
i was really more surprised the owner did not apologize to us or say anything while i was up there. he was talking to many customers while we were there but im guessing since we didnt make a huge deal out of it that he didn't care too much to talk to us.
overall, i dont think we would go spend that much money there again, it cost us around 60$ for the two of us, which for this food and experience was definitely not worth it.
the parking lot is small which makes it hard to get out - but not much you can do with where...
