It wasn't busy at all when I arrived. The staff was laid back and friendly. The young lady that was serving was very nice and she wasn't unpleasant at all however, When I first arrived she was chit chatting with another guest stating that she was part time at Waffle House and her real job was at Central State or an EMS employee and went on and on. I placed my order which was simple 2 hamburgers NO CHEESE š§ ON EITHER FULLY DRESSED WITH TOPPINGS ON THE SIDE AS IT makes the bun soggy. I waited and waited and waited as the other guest received her order and left and 10 minutes went by and another guest came in ordered and the grill cook started his order and she had a blank stare when she turned around and asked me if I needed to place my order???? I was in shock 𤯠and stated that I did with the server that liked to talk about her job, school... The young lady that was on the grill went to the back to look for the server/cashier and when they walked out and the young lady asked her if she had placed my order and the server then tried to play it off grabbed her order book and whispered my order which was quite insulting to me and my knowledge of being a past server for over 15yrs!! Then she basically ignored and avoided me the entire time until my order was finished and I then looked at my order which was wrong and I advised I could eat my burger with cheese and that my fiance can't eat cheese so the grill cook cooked me another burger which I appreciated the cook 1,000,000,000% and she was very pleasant and should probably be promoted she apologized several several times and I advised she wasn't the one at fault her co-worker is the one who messed up completely and I tipped the server yes because I know making $2.18 an hour isn't much and I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN, I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE TO ANOTHER LOCATION. MY BURGER WAS COLD AND SOGGY DUE TO THE SERVER AGAIN DIDN'T TAKE IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PICKLES, TOMATOES, HAVE JUICE AND THE BUN GETS SOGGY!! I'M NOT GOING TO CALL AND COMPLAIN THE NEXT DAY TO THE STORE MANAGER AS IT IS A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME, AND MONEY!! The young lady cooking and the young man that was also working was great, EXCEPTIONAL WORK ETHIC AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND THAT'S WHY I AM GIVING THE STARS ⨠THAT I HAVE. I CAN'T BE CERTAIN HOW THE SERVICE IS DURING THE DAY, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND 3RD SHIFT IF YOU RECEIVE THE SAME SERVICE THAT I DID. IT'S ENOUGH TO PUT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH...

I have ate the waffle house down the street and keecee the server/waitress is amazing and on top of it!!! Today decided to go back to this store its newer and first experience was great but soon changed to the worst!!! After being seated got drinks it quickly went down hill!!! Sarah the waitress have us our food separate times which cool if close together but took 8 minutes after receiving my food for my fiance to get her food so eating together outta picture now!!! That would be on the cooks if her food was just sitting there done on the counter!!! Than my eggs weren't cooked all the way so i asked sarah if she mind to ask the cook to remake them so she did... everything started to go better i ate my waffle from allstar meal she got the breakfast bowl...her hashbrowns were hard so gave her mine which still on cook not sarah but what sarah does after is why ill never go back!!! Instead of making sure i got my eggs she went smoked so i decided to wait see how long till i got my eggs which made other food cold...after 28 min of her ignoring us my fiance and I decided to leave!!! The worse waitress and waffle...

Beau, the manager working that night is someone who deserves to be paid handsomely and training customer service professionals all around the world. This guy was cooking up food for everyone in there, making conversation with all the guest, catching everyoneās name and referring to them by name. Iāve had experiences with sales people Iām spending THOUSANDS of dollars with not be half as genuine, professional, and customer service oriented than Beau and this guy made me a waffle at 12 am! He even joined be at the ābarā area where I sat after the place died down and made small talk.
The other employee working (I did not catch their name) was great as well.
Iāve had less enjoyable experiences on well rested day off work sitting down for dinner at Jeff Rubyās than I just had at this Waffle House after 14 hours at work running 4 hours of sleep. Customer service like that is rare in todays world, as a customer service professional it was awesome...
