We stopped at this Burger King on our way back home from a family vacation. First, let me start off by saying every single trashcan from the outside in are overflowing with trash, and it is not like they didn’t know because I heard a customer behind me nicely inform them that of this incident. They simply brushed it off and said they were too busy to do anything about it and that they knew. Now, above all else with as busy as they were they only had one person taking orders. The employee’s name was Abby, and she was the rudest employee I have met at a fast food restaurant. I was paying for my order and I was trying to count out .59 cents and she simply paced from one hip to the next impatiently waiting. Then when I wanted it to her she just clumsily dropped it and rolled her eyes and puffed before she bent down to grab it. Now, even after this another one of the people in our group was trying to order and she gave her the same exact attitude as she gave me. I will say they’re food is hot and fresh, but they need to work on their presentation....

Me and my family were moving and stopped there to eat. We ordered a decently large order so we patiently waited outside since we left our cars parked at the gas station. They gave us our order and we were missing a large fry and we knocked on the door so someone could come outside and we could ask for the fries by they took almost 10 minutes in coming out until my uncle knocked almost 2 more times and a teenage boy came out. We told him and he went back inside for the fries and some sauce. We waited outside for almost half an hour until my uncle got annoyed and kept knocking. We were all desperate to leave since we had an 8 hour drive ahead. When they gave us the fries they were rude in giving us our food when they were the ones that made the mistake and a lady pushed in into my aunts arms. In the end, It turned out we were missing our nuggets for my little sister but we didn't even want to go back...
