Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jemison

I ordered 2 large pizzas that were burned right before closing time and and so I called them but they had already closed . So after I got off work the following day I called back and explained it tothe girl who answered . She argued with me and said she was there and the pizzas were fine so I told her it wasn't fine to me . She got the manager on duty(Richard) beside her and he said he wasn't replacing anything without the old pizzas returned but my fridge was broken so I just tossed them out instead of leaving old food sitting out . So I told them I had thrown them out and explained why but he suggested I go in the garbage can outside and get them to return to him or I was out of luck . Mind you I order from there alot because of hectic schedule and have made them replace wrong orders before but he said it is now the policy that all wrong pizzas were to be returned and that the new policy began two months ago . But I have checked and there is no such policy . . So beware of this Completely Rude and Sorry excuse for a MOD at this Jemison Alabama location . He lacks all work ethic and is horrible . He shouldn't make up policies on his own ....

Place is never in order or on top of things. Orders come hours late when getting delivered. Employees have always been rude and when youve had a bad experience they will beg you to not report it or give them a bad review place is low and sad . Horrible customer satisfaction considering they dont care about the customers orders or the customers themselves Also when youve had a bad experience or horrible customer satisfaction they think its fun to joke about it infront of you then beg you to not tell people or give a bad review. Then after theyve been exposed theyll finally act nice and try to make things right. Ordered here once when first opened then a friend tried it again a couple weeks ago and had the same bad experience....

I’ve had my problems with this store in the past. But this review is about my most recent delivery order. A Large pepperoni, medium Supreme and Veggie personal pan with an 8-piece Wing Street. Delivered right on time with great text notices (I highly recommend choosing to let them text you updates). The pizzas were the BEST we have had in a long time anywhere. We were all split up to eat but when we talked about it the next day everyone thought their pizza was really great. Mine had such soft but well baked crust, tasted and felt ultra fresh! Loaded with vegetables and sauce and plenty of meat. Just a great meal - well worth the price!! Thank you Jemison PH!! Nobody out-did the...
