I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes while witnessing the car in front of me having to basically yell to get ANY response AT all from anyone inside...after that car finally was able to order and moved forward I moved to the speaker box. I sat there for OVER 5 minutes with no greeting. I attempted to get anyones attention while saying things such as, "hello, excuse me, good morning, can I be helped". Not once was I acknowledged or replied to. Eventually I pulled to the window and set for another 10 minutes waiting to be able to speak to someone to let them know that no one was responding to me or to simply figure out what was going on. The first window was blocked off and no one was around so there was two cars in front of me neither one of them was moving after another 10 minutes I pulled to the next window where I was completely 100% ignored and no one ever came to the window I ended up having to be somewhere by 8:00 right down the road so I ended up having to abandon my pursuit in attempt to purchase some breakfast.. I have no idea what happened but it is completely unacceptable to have staff inside a restaurant who completely 100% ignores customers. The business is there to make money you cannot make money if you are not taking orders. I am usually very empathetic towards employees that work in the food industry because I myself work at a restaurant but the fact of the matter is there is no excuse for someone waiting in a line for over 20 minutes to literally be able to talk to no one. When I try to call the phone for that particular McDonald's it directly went to a voicemail box that said it was full. So obviously this isn't the first rodeo with that business and they obviously don't want to take phone calls due to the fact that they know that they're not going to be pleasant phone calls. And by a few times I mean maybe 5 and ONLY because at the time I didn’t have a vehicle and my son wanted McDonald’s. They are lacking in everything. Customer service pss NONE! They’re rude as hell. All and I mean all of the workers all have stank attitudes. Each time I’ve been the only person who even smiled at me was the lady who cleans the tables in the dining area. I use to like to get the McFlurry well at this location the machine is always down! Or so they say!. Drive thru is not fast ever. You’ll sit at the screen waiting if you pick the wrong side (they’re two lanes) and other cars in the other lane will come and go and you’ll keep getting skipped. They screw up my sons order every time. He doesn’t eat fries, pickles or mustard and he always wants a happy meal so we ask for no fries no pickles and no mustard and an extra yogurt they always say we don’t have a button for that can’t do that. Umm okay I mean I don’t know maybe that’s why you can simply ring it up as normal, take the fries out don’t put the extra condiments on the burger and give me another yogurt duh! I didn’t even mind if they wanted to just charge me for another yogurt but nope they couldn’t do that either. Mind you this locations is the only location that gives me problems about his order. Read moreThis location accepted my online order knowing they didn't have half the items I ordered. Proceeded to not say a word when giving me the bag. Then when confronted told me to go online to get a refund. Only, there was no option to do this. I called corp and was told that's never an option and to return to the store for a refund. So, I did. They refused to give me a refund and swore I had to go through the app-- even after me showing them the app specifically said "To request a refund, please contact the restaurant where you made your purchase." As explained via corporate-- this app is a third party app and therefore can not refund monies, nor has it ever. Even though the GM and Manager of this ghetto McDonalds swore I was the only one who couldn't go through the app for a refund. I refused to leave without a refund, and the senior citizen looking manager called the cops on me. Only for the cops to show up and aske me " Why would you come to this one? Don't you know?" One of the cops said he lives around the corner and would NEVER come here.
