I don't know who this guy was. but when i was at DQ having a birth day party for my son. first thing I want to say is that all the people at work the counter were great.
There was a DQ employee who was yelling at my wife who had taken our service dog out to go potty, she went number #1, and the employee was yelling at her from across the way.
He was in his truck/car got out and followed her back in and he came in with a raised voice DEMANDING that we pick up our dog poop.
The only problem with his story is that there was no poop from our service dog. I work just around the corner and was becoming a regular of DQ but after this event we will not be going back. I can not express it enough the ladies behind the counter were and have always been super nice to me but this man... JERK in a DQ hat and button up shirt started yelling.. in a very demanding tone who had made an assumption.
we, my wife and I, try really hard to keep our dog in complete complacence for service dogs. when we told the man that our dog did not poop at DQ this man just turned around and left. I have no idea if he went and looked or not, but there was not even a "oh im sorry" or anything you may have issues with people but if you piss off people who work around the business there will be some who pass it along.
PS the cake was great the kids had fun, just that man left a bad taste in the mouth of the adults and we will not be back. also i will be posting this on face book and...

While we were putting in our order through the drive through the person taking our order was very rude and kept putting things on the order that we werenāt ordering. Then we waited 30 minutes in the drive through for our food. As we got our food we had asked for no ice in our drinks and the cups were full of ice. So we handed the drinks back and politely asked for new ones with no ice. All she did was dump the drinks and fill them with more ice again... when the food came out she threw the bag through the window at us and wouldnāt let us ask her any questions before she slammed the window shut. We then looked at our food there was 3 chicken strips in the meal (when we had ordered a 6 piece basket) and a small handful of fries. I decided to go in the restaurant and ask for our order to be fixed. I talked to the manager (which was a teenager) and was mid sentence when she walked away from me. Then when I tried to tell her everything else she just shrugged her shoulders like she didnāt care. And the girls working in the back just laughed. They were super rude and unprofessional. Working in fast food customer satisfaction is HUGE!! They could learn some lessons on patience and kindness!!! I even called the owner ( knowing him for years. Close family friend) and it seemed like he knew how they acted but didnāt care...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the dairy cream in Jerome tonight.. It was 7pm when we received our food.. Was very disappointed in the Sunday we had received due to the ice cream was no taller than the bottom of the cup... And prior to receiving our meal and before the kid wouldn't even ring in our money until he had to tell me which I was sitting in the passenger seat of my car in the Drive-Thru told me I needed to put my cigarette out.. he told me that my smoke affects everybody inside... Now mind you we had just pulled up to the building... They have now posted a no smoking sign on their drive-thru window.. and I know there is no smoking in the store... But it is not posted no smoking on premises... If the boy had been a little nicer and showed good customer service I wouldn't be writing this right now... He was very rude he was very loud so everybody in the store could hear him... I would have had no problem in holding off on smoking my cigarette.. and the melted ice cream just topped it off so I will not be going back to dairy Queen in Jerome... If I can upload pictures I would show you what...
