Bun Bo Hue Co Đo 2 — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I have been coming to this place for years, never had any problem before. But today, when they served us the mung bean milk, it was sour, my husband tasted it and he agreed, it was really sour, which was odd. I told one server about this, of course in a very polite way. We saw them smelled the drink and threw it out. Then one female server came to my table, in front of everyone in the restaurant confronted us, claiming that we were lying and being very argumentative saying that the drink was normal. I told her both me and my husband tasted it and it was super sour, I told her I would not drink it and if she still wanted to charge us then it's alright, we just felt so uncomfortable to drink something that had a spoiled taste to it. We could not care less about the drink has a weird taste, sometimes it happens, but the fact that the server came to us and confronting and accusing us of lying, it was horrible. I have never been treated with much disrespectful attitude like this. There are so many ways to resolve it better and it's not like we are demanding them to give us a free drink or anything, we were just trying to let them know. This is our first time coming to this location with the group of 20 people. It was a terrible experience. We ordered kids bowl but they accidentally bring out the regular bowl. The owner came out and talk to us in a very rude manner saying that these bowl are regular bowl. She will have to charge us as a regular size. I was it was your fault not our fault. The kids doesn’t know and ate it. Not to mention the food is bad. The drink cost $6 (look good on the pic menu) but doesn’t taste good. You can see from the picture. Not a lot of jello in it. Anyway, my thing is one person after another coming out to interrupt us demanding that we need to pay the different. No respect, impolite, unprofessional owner lady( THIS LADY JUST CAME FROM VIETNAM, NO ENGLISH), she took other customers to your small table to join without asking you ,(the food just out on the table but I haven't touch yet , I told the owner lady i come back next time she said ok.
