Pho Bien Hoa — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I have dined at PBH for many years, and today's experience was one of the best I've had, unlike previous average or below-average service. The service today was incredibly attentive and friendly – a real improvement! It felt like there might be new management or ownership, and if so, congratulations on the excellent changes. The food was delicious, as always, but I noticed the portion sizes seemed smaller this time. That being said, the pricing remains somewhat reasonable(given the fact of the current bloated economy). I would be remiss if I didn’t mention authentic Vietnamese summer rolls are not made with iceberg lettuce. I strongly recommend replacing the iceberg lettuce in the summer rolls with a more traditional and flavorful green; it is definitely an out-of-place ingredient.

Continually eating here about once per month. Delicious flavors and good quantity.

2020: Great bang for buck for pho! I've only had seafood and beef pho at this place. It even travels well to-go. Called in to place a takeout order and it was ready in 10 mins. Smiling service. I think I'll always want more meat so they could always give me more, but for $7 they aren't going to give me a pound of meat. Smiling service. I'll definitely be back. And would recommend to anyone.

NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. THEY EVEN CHARGE ME HIGHER PRICE COMAPRED WITH THE MENU PRICE. I ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT , THERE IS AN UNKNOWN CHARGE OF COUPLE DOLLARS AS EXT CHARGE , I ASKED AND THEY SAID BECAUSE THEY ADD EXTRA MEAT FOR ME , BUT IT SHOULD COME WITH THE PORTION SINCE I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE. BAD EXPERIENCE I EVER BEEN.
