I grabbed lunch here on my break from work and there was only one person working, with consistent customers coming in and online orders. I asked the only girl there working if it was usually like this and she said yes. There should be at the very least two people but usually 3 especially during lunch time when there’s a rush that is inevitably going to happen. Two to deal with customers and online orders and one extra person there for help and to do prep/refills. It’s unacceptable to put all of that work onto one person. She was seemingly overwhelmed while cashing one person out and two others waiting on they food or to get their order taken it is too much for one person alone.
