Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Jersey Village

🛑⚠️⚠️WARNING-AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! ⚠️⚠️🛑You will get consistently bad hamburger meat AND POTENTIALLY FOOD POISONING We have ordered several times, hoping it was just a bad batch. The burger patties taste like they are not properly stored and also taste freezer burned. Terrible tasting!! Our daughter ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks and just suffered a week long of food poisoning symptoms. We had to throw away our burgers the last 3 times that we ordered from here and finally, tried to claim a refund. Area manager, Jay, was not helpful in getting a refund. Cust Svc. online was ignorant and kept asking for the same info several times thru email correspondence, then offers a “free reward”, when we clearly asked for a refund “. Food is low quality, management is low standard and customer service is under qualified. The area manager, Jay, should have made the personal efforts to get us the refund, instead of advising us to go back to the restaurant to get a refund, ourselves. When I notified Jay (Area manager) that we did return, but the staff still would not refund, Jay advised that we need to return again and ask for a specific person. The general store manager phone number on the receipt is also wrong and after I advised Jay of this, a week later, it’s still not fixed. Avoid this place! It’s not worth getting sick from or wasting your money on poor...

Disgusting gave them a few chances food used to be better dunno if owner ship or managment changed but know there standards definently did today I went through drive thru for a replacement of my coke I came the week before and my route 44 coke was undrinkable called spoke with victor sweet guy explained problem he said no worries come get a replacement free of charge so today when I went I got that and I was hungry so I ordered onion rings and a chilli cheese hot dog onion rings were the only thing edible coke was worst this time than the last had to throw it out then as I bit into my hotdog I was so excited about since I had a craving and was starving I couldn't believe it bun was stale first bite then I tasted a horrifying burnt taste like the chilli or hotdog was burnt well upon inspection of hotdog it was the chilli there were actually black charred pieces in chilli on top of my hotdog so I'm disappointed to say the least like where are peoples standards I worked in the food industry for many yrs and u cannot tell me they didnt see the burn pieces in the chilli or that when cooking they didnt know it burned I wonder if this owner or manager knows that this is how staff is handling the food and serving it I will def not be back and will be telling...

We arrived at 11amish. It wasn't overly busy. A total of 3 cars parked and two cars behind the one ordering in the drive thru. Parked on the rear, high numbered side of the lot and pressed the order button three or more times over a period of five minutes with no response. We moved to an open spot at the entrance area, literally spot #1 and the same result, no response. We ended up going through the drive thru, which was really slow. It took twenty minutes to finally get to order our food and another 20 waiting in the drive thru line after ordering. We didn't have a big order. Three hot dogs, one tots, and one drink. We should have just eaten at home if we would have known how terrible this service was going to be. Also, we ordered something on the side, and they did not ring it up or give it to us. When we got our food the manager came out and argued with us instead of just offering to provide it, because we had no problems paying and offered to. We ordered it at the window anyway. The hot dogs had barely any ketchup and cheese on them. I've never had such a bad experience at this location since it opened....
