Subway — Restaurant in Jersey Village

This is my last time coming to this location. If you want to taste more bread than anything, then this is your place to come! I ordered a very regular tuna sandwich, and the young lady barely put any meat on the sandwhich. And when I asked her to just simply add a bit more, she wanted to charge $1.50. Look, I understand the up-charge, but I did not even receive what I reasonably thought should have been the bare minimum. And the issue was not the cost of upcharge, but moreso the mere principal that I was being given less than the norm. All I requested was a normal amount, I was not looking for excess. But no worries, I will drive the extra miles to another location to...

Waisted my whole lunch time here and ended up just walking put with nothing. Stood in line 30 minutes while they had 3 people working, kept messing my sub up (was a veggie, they put chicken on it and I told them no and they took it off but continued to make it a veggie instead of remaking it), and then stood at the register with sub sitting there to pay for like 5 minutes while they helped other people. I couldnt wait anymore for more, so just walked out with nothing. Here I am late to work with no food. Never go there again especially when there is a location...

Restaurant was locked during business hours, and the lady behind the counter wouldn't even come to the door to tell me why. She just brushed me off after I motioned and mouthed "why?", and then purposely walked to the back to avoid me. Very rude. If I drive all the way somewhere and it's closed DURING BUSINESS HOURS, I'd at least like to know why. Post a sign, or have the decency to come to the door and talk to me.

Otherwise this place is usually ok. Had never seen this...
